Claims (10)

  1. Installation d'entrée ou de sortie (1) comprenant une colonne (2) à laquelle est fixé un dispositif de blocage (3), un entraînement (4), un système de commande (5) et un système de mesure d'angle (6) étant prévus, et le système d'entrée ou de sortie (1) comportant en outre un frein (7) qui agit sur le dispositif de blocage (3),
    la position du dispositif de blocage (3) étant sondée au moyen du système de mesure d'angle (6),
    le système de commande (5) déterminant l'action de freinage nécessaire et l'entraînement (4) fournissant celle-ci, caractérisée en ce que
    le frein (7) est entraîné avec une puissance variable (Px) pour réduire la consommation d'énergie de l'action de freinage dans une position de repos, dans laquelle le dispositif de blocage bloque un passage, et dans une position ouverte dans laquelle le dispositif de blocage libère un passage, un freinage suffisant étant toutefois obtenu dans chacune de ces deux positions.
  2. Système d'entrée ou de sortie selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la puissance variable (Px) est obtenue par une tension variable U.
  3. Système d'entrée ou de sortie selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la puissance variable (Px) est obtenue par une intensité de courant variable I.
  4. Système d'entrée ou de sortie selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la puissance variable (Px) est obtenue aussi bien par une tension variable (U) que par une intensité de courant variable (I).
  5. Système d'entrée ou de sortie selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la puissance variable (Px) est obtenue par un rapport cyclique variable d'une modulation de largeur d'impulsion.
  6. Système d'entrée ou de sortie selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de blocage (3) est un étrier, un tourniquet ou un autre élément de blocage d'un espace.
  7. Système d'entrée ou de sortie selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la puissance (Px) varie de façon à obtenir une plage de 10 à 100 % de l'action de freinage, l'action de freinage pouvant brièvement dépasser la valeur de 100 %.
  8. Système d'entrée ou de sortie selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas normal ou en cas de panique, la puissance (Px) est régulée d'une puissance variable (Px) d'abord à une puissance d'environ 0 %, puis à une puissance d'environ 100 % et de nouveau à la puissance variable (Px).
  9. Système d'entrée ou de sortie selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, lors d'une manipulation du dispositif de blocage (3), la puissance (Px) est régulée d'une puissance variable (Px) immédiatement à une puissance d'environ 100 % pendant la manipulation et de nouveau à la puissance variable (Px) à la fin de la manipulation.
  10.
