Claims (11)

  1. Procédé servant à rénover des fissures sur des seuils en béton (6) par l'injection d'une matière de remplissage, dans lequel la ou les fissures (1) sont bourrées sur leur surface au moins en partie par un bourrage (2) connu en soi dans la zone supérieure du seuil en béton (6),
    caractérisé en ce
    - qu'une analyse de fissures est effectuée lors d'une première phase,
    - que l'au moins une fissure (1) est bourrée lors d'une deuxième phase à l'aide de l'analyse de fissures de telle sorte que le bourrage (2) est appliqué de manière à couvrir la fissure (1) de préférence sous la forme d'une bande le long de l'au moins une fissure (1), dans lequel le bourrage (2) est réalisé de manière à pouvoir être retiré à distance le long de la fissure (1),
    - que lors d'une troisième phase au moins une surface libre (3) est produite par le retrait du bourrage (2),
    - que lors d'une quatrième phase, la matière de remplissage (4) est injectée au niveau de l'au moins une surface libre (3) dans la fissure (1) au moyen d'un dispositif d'injection connu en soi et d'une pompe à pression basse, dans lequel la pompe à pression basse est commandée au moyen d'un capteur de chute de pression, et
    - que les troisième et quatrième phases sont effectuées l'une après l'autre respectivement en alternance jusqu'au remplissage total.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce
    que lors d'une cinquième phase, la sortie de la matière de remplissage (4) hors de la fissure (1) est surveillée, et en ce que la pompe à pression basse est commandée à l'aide du résultat de la surveillance.
  3. Procédé selon les revendications 1 et 2,
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'une résine époxy ou un polyuréthane à un composant, à deux composants ou à plusieurs composants est utilisé(e) en tant que matière de remplissage (4).
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce
    que l'au moins une fissure (1) est rincée au moyen d'un solvant avant la deuxième phase et/ou avant la quatrième phase.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce
    que la fissure (1) est soufflée avant le rinçage, après le rinçage, avant la deuxième phase et/ou avant la quatrième phase.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce
    que le dispositif d'injection est inséré dans la fissure (1) au niveau de la surface libre (3) au moyen de tubulures de remplissage (5) ou est posé sur la fissure (1) au moyen d'une lèvre en caoutchouc (5).
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce
    que le remplissage est effectué sous la forme d'un cycle de travail.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce
    que le remplissage est effectué également en présence d'une contrainte mécanique continue ou aléatoire du matériau (6) monolithique.
  9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce
    que le seuil en béton (6) dans la zone de la fissure (1) et/ou des fissures (1) est élargi mécaniquement.
  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que, en cas d'apparition continue de fissures jusqu'au côté inférieur dans la zone inférieure du seuil en béton, un matériau à bouchage rapide est introduit au moyen d'un injecteur latéralement dans ladite zone, et en ce que la quatrième phase est effectuée après le durcissement.
  11. Utilisation du procédé selon les revendications 1 à 10,
    caractérisée en ce
    que des seuils en béton d'installations de voies ferrées sont rénovés, dans laquelle les seuils en béton restent dans l'installation de voies ferrées et les rails et le ballast ne sont pas affectés.
