Claims (16)
- Schlagwerk (1), das mindestens eine an einem Tonfederhalter (2) befestigte Tonfeder (3), mindestens einen Hammer zum Anschlagen der Tonfeder zu vorgegebenen Zeitpunkten und Mittel zum Auswählen mindestens einer Schwingungsmode der Tonfeder umfasst, wobei die Auswahlmittel, die beweglich oder fest sind, mindestens ein Auswahlelement (4) umfassen, das in Kontakt mit einem Teil der Tonfeder angeordnet ist und an einem Schwingungsknoten einer der Schwingungsmoden der Tonfeder gehalten wird, derart, dass die anderen Schwingungsmoden vollständig oder teilweise unterdrückt werden, wobei das Auswahlelement (4) an der Tonfeder (3) verschiebbar montiert ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auswahlmittel weiterhin eine Schraube (16), die an dem dem Schraubenkopf gegenüberliegenden Ende der Schraube einen magnetisierten Endabschnitt (16a) besitzt oder mit einem ersten Magneten (16a) versehen ist, und eine feste Gewindehalterung (17) zur Aufnahme der Schraube umfassen, wobei die Schraube eine zu der Tonfeder parallel angeordnete Längsachse besitzt und infolge einer Drehung der Schraube in der Gewindehalterung in Richtung der Länge der Tonfeder verlagerbar ist, und wobei die Richtung der magnetischen Polarisation des magnetisierten Endabschnitts der Schraube oder des ersten Magneten (16a) in Richtung der Länge der Tonfeder ausgerichtet ist, und dass das Auswahlelement (4) einen Permanentmagneten der Auswahleinrichtung (15) mit einer magnetischen Polarisation umfasst, die zu jener des magnetisierten Endabschnitts der Schraube oder des Permanentmagneten der Schraube in Richtung der Länge der Tonfeder entgegengesetzt ist, so dass es sich durch eine Anziehungskraft auf Seiten des magnetisierten Endabschnitts der Schraube oder des Permanentmagneten der Schraube befindet, wobei eine Verlagerung der Schraube durch eine Drehung in der Gewindehalterung ermöglicht, das Auswahlelement (4) an einem Schwingungsknoten einer zu wählenden Schwingungsmode zu positionieren. - Schlagwerk (1), das mindestens eine an einem Tonfederhalter (2) befestigte Tonfeder (3), mindestens einen Hammer zum Anschlagen der Tonfeder zu vorgegebenen Zeitpunkten und Mittel zum Auswählen mindestens einer Schwingungsmode der Tonfeder umfasst, wobei die Auswahlmittel, die beweglich oder fest sind, mindestens ein Auswahlelement (4) umfassen, das in Kontakt mit einem Teil der Tonfeder angeordnet ist und an einem Schwingungsknoten einer der Schwingungsmoden der Tonfeder gehalten wird, derart, dass die anderen Schwingungsmoden vollständig oder teilweise unterdrückt werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auswahlelement (4) eine Verlängerung (5) an einem äußeren Abschnitt des Auswahlelements aufweist, die zu der Tonfeder parallel ist, und dass die Auswahlmittel ein Rad (6) in Kontakt mit der Verlängerung (5) umfassen, das drehbar um eine Drehachse (7) in dem Schlagwerk montiert ist, um das Auswahlelement (4) an der Tonfeder zu verlagern und an einem Schwingungsknoten einer zu wählenden Schwindungsmode der Tonfeder zu halten. - Schlagwerk (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auswahlelement (4) an der Tonfeder (3) durch ein Mittel zum Verlagern der Auswahlmittel verlagerbar ist, um es an einem Schwingungsknoten einer zu wählenden Schwingungsmode der Tonfeder zu positionieren.
- Schlagwerk (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auswahlelement (4) eine Durchgangsöffnung (4a) zum Anordnen und verschieben an der Tonfeder aufweist.
- Schlagwerk (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verlängerung (5) des Auswahlelements (4) eine Reihe von Zähnen (5a) zum Kämmen mit den Zähnen (6a) des Zahnrades (6) umfasst.
- Schlagwerk (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tonfeder (3) geradlinig und zu der geradlinigen Verlängerung (5) des Auswahlelements (4) parallel ist und dass die Drehachse (7) des Rades senkrecht zur Längsrichtung der Tonfeder (3) angeordnet ist.
- Schlagwerk (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schlagwerk zwei parallele Tonfedern (3, 3') umfasst, die mit einem Ende an dem Tonfederhalter (2) befestigt sind, und dass das Auswahlelement (4) zwei Durchgangsöffnungen (4a) zum Anordnen und Verschieben an den beiden Tonfedern aufweist.
- Schlagwerk (1) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Tonfedern geradlinig sind und dass das Auswahlelement (4) zwei durch ein Mittelteil vereinigte Ringe umfasst.
- Schlagwerk (1) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden parallelen Ringe einen Innendurchmesser gleich oder größer als der Durchmesser eines Querschnitts jeder Tonfeder (3, 3') besitzen.
- Schlagwerk (1) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auswahlelement (4) an dem mittleren Teil eine geradlinige Verlängerung (5) aufweist, die zu den Tonfedern (3, 3') parallel ist, und dass die Auswahlmittel ein Rad (6) in Kontakt mit der geradlinigen Verlängerung (5) umfassen, das drehbar um eine Drehachse (7) in dem Schlagwerk montiert ist, um das Auswahlelement (4) an den Tonfedern zu verlagern und an einem Schwingungsknoten einer zu wählenden Schwingungsmode der Tonfedern zu halten.
- Schlagwerk (1) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verlängerung (5) des Auswahlelements (4) eine Reihe von Zähnen (5a) zum Kämmen mit den Zähnen (6a) des Zahnrades (6) umfasst.
- Schlagwerk (1) nach Anspruch 10, wobei das Schlagwerk zur Montage in einem Gehäuse einer Uhr ausgelegt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rad (6) durch einen Aufziehstift (7), der eine Antriebskrone (8) besitzt, drehend antreibbar ist.
- Schlagwerk (1) nach Anspruch 7, wenn abhängig von Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schraube eine zu den Tonfedern parallel angeordnete und zwischen den beiden Tonfedern als Folge einer Drehung der Schraube an der Gewindehalterung verlagerbare Längsachse besitzt, wobei die magnetische Polarisationsrichtung des magnetisierten Endabschnitts der Schraube oder des ersten Magneten (16a) in Richtung der Länge der Tonfedern ausgerichtet ist, und dass der Tonfederhalter (2) einen zweiten Permanentmagneten (18) mit einer zu jener des magnetisierten Endabschnitts oder des ersten Magneten (16a) der Schraube übereinstimmenden magnetischen Polarisation umfasst und dass das Auswahlelement (4) zwischen den beiden Öffnungen einen Auswahl-Permanentmagneten (15) umfasst, der zwischen dem magnetisierten Endabschnitt oder dem ersten Magneten (16a) der Schraube und dem zweiten Permanentmagneten (18) angeordnet ist und eine magnetische Polarisation besitzt, die zu jener des ersten und des zweiten Magneten entgegengesetzt ist, wobei das Auswahlelement an den Tonfedern durch eine Abstoßungskraft des ersten Magneten (16a), die mit einer Abstoßungskraft des zweiten Magneten (18) übereinstimmt, positioniert und gehalten wird.
- Schlagwerk (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung oder die Öffnungen (4a) des Auswahlelements (4) olivierte Steine oder Mikrokugeln umfassen, um mit den Tonfedern, an denen das Auswahlelement montiert ist, in punktförmigen oder linienförmigen Kontakt zu gelangen.
- Schlagwerk (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auswahlelement (4) die Form einer Klemme zum sandwichartigen Festhalten einer oder mehrerer Tonfedern (3, 3') an mindestens einem Knoten einer Schwingungsmode der einen oder der mehreren Tonfedern aufweist.
- Schlagwerk (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auswahlelement (4) die Form einer biegsamen Führung besitzt, die durch zwei oder mehr Blätter aus Silicium oder aus Siliciumoxid oder aus NiP mit einer Dicke im Mikrometerbereich gebildet ist, wobei jedes dieser Blätter zwischen zwei Träger eingesetzt und durch Biegen verformbar ist, um ein sandwichartiges Festhalten einer oder mehrere Tonfedern (3, 3') an mindestens einem Knoten einer Schwingungsmode der einen oder der mehreren Tonfedern zu ermöglichen.
