Definitions

  • the invention relates to a method for mounting a wall formwork and an anchor system for a wall formwork for carrying out the method.
  • a wall formwork comprises a formwork on the front shell and elements supporting the formwork on the back, such as side members, crossbars and frames.
  • side members In the erected condition of a wall formwork, a side member extending in the vertical direction and a cross bar in the horizontal direction.
  • the two rareness of a wall to be concreted are limited by wall formwork.
  • the front panel of each wall formwork then adjoins the concrete with your formwork.
  • Opposing wall formworks are usually held by a plurality of anchor systems.
  • the tie rods are inserted through openings in the wall formworks and fastened at their ends to the respective formwork skin supporting elements by means of locking devices so that at least the force acting on the anchor rods in the concrete tensile force is absorbed.
  • These openings passing through the wall formwork are also called anchor rod bores.
  • An adjustment formwork is a wall formwork that is set up first. Following this, the closing formwork opposite the formwork is set up.
  • Adjusting formwork and closing formwork are connected to one another during assembly by one or more anchor systems. Concrete is poured into the space between the shuttering and shuttering. By curing the concrete creates a wall. Usual welse one or both ends of an anchor rod on a thread on which nuts are screwed as Ankerfix michen.
  • the central region of such an anchor rod, to which concrete can be adjacent during concrete-laying advantageously either has a smooth surface or is at least wrapped during the concrete-laying by a sleeve with a smooth surface. Otherwise, a thread of an anchor rod would be embedded in concrete. The anchor rod can then no longer be easily pulled out of the hardened concrete.
  • the maximum effective length of the anchor rod and thus the thickness (thickness) of the wall to be concreted is therefore regularly determined by the length of the central anchor rod region with a smooth surface.
  • the pressure exerted on the formwork by the concrete on the concrete surface is dissipated via the nuts onto the tie rods.
  • the tie rods are loaded on train. Spacers may be introduced into the volume of the wall to be concreted between the shuttering skins, which may receive the compressive forces generated by the concrete, thereby ensuring that these compressive forces do not undesirably affect the wall thickness, i. Reduce.
  • the locking devices can be attached to the wall formwork, so that they are able to absorb pressure forces.
  • the anchor rod is released from a locking device and pulled out of the concrete wall. If necessary, previously the uppermost part of a closing formwork is hooked on a hook of a crane, for example, so that it does not fall over once all tie rods have been pulled out. For example, with the help of the crane, the wall formworks are finally suitably displaced to a next wall or another To make wall section. If the wall formwork has been moved, then the anchor systems are mounted or attached to the wall formwork again. From the document WO 2008/089737 A1 an anchor system with two locking devices and an anchor rod for a wall formwork with a first and a second formwork element is known.
  • the anchor rod has at its two ends in each case a thread, which are screwed into screw nut elements of the locking devices.
  • Each locking device comprises a dome plate, which is fastened by means of fastening means to a rear side of a wall formwork.
  • the anchor system can therefore absorb both tensile and compressive forces of a wall formwork.
  • the object of the invention is achieved by a method having the features of the first claim and by an anchor system having the features of the independent claim.
  • Advantageous embodiments emerge from the subclaims.
  • An additional claim relates to a stop for the anchor system.

  • FIG. 7 illustrates that the passage 29 with the larger diameter adjoins the edge of the recess 60.
  • the passage 30 with the smaller diameter is not adjacent to the edge of the recess 60. This allows the desired fixation.
  • the passage 29 with the larger diameter approaches closer to the edge of the recess 60 than the passage 30 with the smaller diameter in order to enable the positive fixation on technically simple catfish.
  • the region of the adjusting nut 13 which protrudes from the flange 26, is preferably designed as a polygon. If the adjusting nut has been moved into the recess 60 in the maximum possible catfish, a region configured as a polygon preferably remains between the stop 26 and the lock nut 14, which can be reached by a tool, in order to screw the adjusting nut 1 3 ml of tool.
