Claims (3)

  1. Procédé de peinture d'une pièce de carrosserie d'un véhicule automobile, comprenant les étapes de procédé suivantes :
    - réalisation d'une peinture par immersion cathodique (S1) ;
    - application subséquente d'une couche de peinture sur l'avant (S3) en tant que couche de peinture à deux composants, le deuxième composant étant réalisé sous forme de durcisseur, en tant que charge à basse température, humide sur humide, sans séchage préalable de la peinture par immersion cathodique ;
    - application subséquente d'une couche de peinture de base (S4) diluable à l'eau en tant que couche de coloration ;
    - application subséquente d'une couche de vernis transparent (S2) et cuisson de la couche de vernis transparent.
  2. Procédé de peinture d'une pièce de carrosserie d'un véhicule automobile selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le procédé de peinture d'une pièce de carrosserie d'un véhicule automobile comprend en outre l'étape d'aération (S5) de la couche de vernis transparent appliquée sur la pièce de carrosserie.
