Claims (8)

  1. Construction avec vitrage fixe pour un bâtiment, comprenant au moins une plaque de verre (1 ; 1'), par exemple un triple vitrage composé de trois couches de verre reliées entre elles (2 ; 2'), en ce que la plaque de verre (1 ; 1') est installée directement dans la construction adjacente (4 ; 4'), sans mise en place d'un cadre intermédiaire de matériau rigide, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de verre (1 ; 1') se compose de deux ou de préférence de trois couches (2 ; 2'), dont la couche la plus extérieure est légèrement plus petite que l'autre/les autres, de sorte que la face extérieure de la plaque de verre (1 ; 1') présente une gorge (3 ; 3') périphérique dans laquelle pénètre un matériau en feuille souple (6 ; 6'), étiré sur le bord de la plaque de verre (1 ; 1'), qui est fixé à l'aide d'un adhésif le long du bord de la plaque de verre (1 ; 1').
  2.   3. Construction avec vitrage fixe pour un bâtiment selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de verre (1 ; 1') est insérée dans l'isolation thermique latéralement adjacente (5 ; 5') de la construction (4 ; 4').
  4. Construction avec vitrage fixe pour un bâtiment selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de verre (1 ; 1') est insérée dans une gorge périphérique (8) de la construction adjacente (4 ; 4'), en particulier de l'isolation thermique (5 ; 5').
  5. Construction avec vitrage fixe pour un bâtiment selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la/les couche(s) (2) intérieure(s) s'étend(ent) dans une gorge (8) de la construction adjacente (4 ; 4'), en particulier de l'isolation thermique (5 ; 5'), la couche (2) la plus extérieure pouvant en revanche glisser à travers au niveau du bord intérieur (12) de la partie (5 ; 5') comportant la gorge (8).
  6. Construction avec vitrage fixe pour un bâtiment selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de verre (1 ; 1') est collée au niveau de son bord avec une bande sur tout le pourtour.
  7. Construction avec vitrage fixe pour un bâtiment selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de verre (1 ; 1') est étanchéifiée ou fixée au niveau de la construction environnante (4, 5 ; 4', 5'), par exemple par l'intermédiaire d'une résine synthétique durcie (11), en particulier une résine de coulée, ou par une substance minérale durcis-sante, en particulier un verre soluble.
  8. Construction avec vitrage fixe pour un bâtiment selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un matériau en feuille souple (6 ; 6') en caoutchouc éthylène-propylène-diène (EPDM) est étiré au niveau de la face extérieure sur la plaque de verre (1 ; 1') et y est collé.
