Claims (6)

  1. Kreuzleger, der insbesondere am Ausgang einer Rahmenvorrichtung, die einen Faserflor, insbesondere aus Faservlies, erzeugt, angeordnet ist, umfassend ein vorderes Förderband (2), das den Faserflor in den Kreuzleger bis zu einem Sammelwagen (12) bringt, wobei ein hinteres Förderband (5) den gesammelten Flor bis zu einem Legerwagen (9) und einer Ausgangsschürze (3) bringt, wobei der Sammelwagen angeordnet ist, um den Faserflor zu dem Legerwagen zu schicken, und wobei dieser Letztgenannte angeordnet ist, um den gesammelten und vom Sammelwagen auf die schräge Schürze abwechselnd in die eine Richtung und in die andere Richtung in Bezug zur Längenrichtung der Schicht zurückgeschickten Flor abzulegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Legerwagen (9) und/oder der Sammelwagen (12) von einem Zahnriemen (90; 80) jeweils eines Legerwagens (9) und/oder eines Sammelwagens (12) angetrieben wird(werden), dessen zwei vordere und hintere Enden (91, 92; 81, 82) an einer Vorderseite bzw. Rückseite des jeweiligen Wagens (9; 12) befestigt sind.
  2. Kreuzleger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zahnriemen (90; 80) jeweils des Legerwagens (9) und/oder des Sammelwagens (12) von einer Vielzahl von Rollen (93, 94, 95, 96, 97, 98; 83, 84, 85, 86, 87) angetrieben wird, wobei eine erste Rolle (94) der Vielzahl von Rollen von einem ersten Antriebsmotor (104) angetrieben wird, und eine zweite Rolle (97) der Vielzahl von Rollen von einem zweiten Motor (103) angetrieben wird, wobei die ersten und zweiten Rollen (94, 97) einerseits vor und andererseits hinter dem Legerwagen (9) und/oder dem Sammelwagen (12) montiert sind.
  3. Kreuzleger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Legerwagen (9) von einem Zahnriemen (90) eines Legerwagens (9) eines Sammelwagens angetrieben wird, dessen zwei vordere und hintere Enden (91, 92) an einer Vorder- bzw. Rückseite des Legerwagens (9) befestigt sind.
  4. Kreuzleger nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zahnriemen (90) des Legerwagens (9) von einer Vielzahl von Rollen (93, 94, 95, 96, 97, 98) angetrieben wird, wobei eine erste Rolle (94) der Vielzahl von Rollen von einem ersten Antriebsmotor (104) angetrieben wird, und eine zweite Rolle (97) der Vielzahl von Rollen von einem zweiten Motor (103) angetrieben wird, wobei die ersten und zweiten Rollen (94, 97) einerseits vor und andererseits hinter dem Legerwagen (9) montiert sind.
  5. Kreuzleger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sammelwagen (12) von einem Zahnriemen (80) eines Sammelwagens angetrieben wird, dessen zwei vordere (81) und hintere Enden (82) an einer Vorder- bzw. Rückseite des Sammelwagens befestigt sind.
  6. Kreuzleger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein jeweiliger zusätzlicher Wagen (14; 16), der entlang des Zahnriemens (90; 80) synchron in Bezug auf den Legerwagen (9) und/oder den Sammelwagen (12) angeordnet ist, mit der Achse einer Antriebswalze (51; 21) des hinteren Förderbandes (5) und/oder des vorderen Förderbandes (2) durch ein Rastbügelsystem (70) verbunden ist, das es ermöglicht, die Befestigungsposition der Achse der Walzen der zusätzlichen Wägen (14; 16) auf dem Antriebsriemen (80; 90) einzustellen, um die Weglänge des Endlosbandes (2; 5) einstellen zu können.
