Claims (9)

  1. Appareil de commande pour tricoter un tricot jacquard dans une machine à tricoter circulaire, dans lequel un outil de tricotage est monté de manière mobile, comprenant :
    un élément de base de pièce de basculement (4) pour commander l'outil de tricotage, l'élément de base de pièce de basculement étant monté dans la même rainure que l'outil de tricotage ;
    au moins une pièce de basculement (5) supportée de manière à être capable de basculer sur l'élément de base de pièce de basculement (4) ;
    au moins une paire d'éléments de retenue (13a, 13b) correspondant respectivement aux deux extrémités de la pièce de basculement (5) ;
    une came de commande (7, 8) pour commander l'outil de tricotage ; et
    une came intermédiaire (91, 92) pour commander l'élément de base de pièce de basculement (4), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins une came de rétraction de pièce de basculement (10) pour faire rétracter la pièce de basculement (5).
  2.   6. Machine de tricotage circulaire incluant l'appareil de commande pour tricoter un tricot jacquard selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 et au moins deux dispositifs d'amenée (F1, F2).
  7. Procédé de fabrication d'un tricot jacquard caractérisé en ce qu'il utilise la machine à tricoter circulaire selon la revendication 6 avec au moins deux dispositifs d'amenée (F1, F2), comprenant :
    une étape, au niveau du premier dispositif d'amenée (F1), consistant à sélectionner chaque aiguille cylindrique (1) pour tricoter, ou pour tricoter ou mailler, alimentant ainsi un fil de base (GY) vers celui-ci, à abaisser l'aiguille cylindrique (1) vers une position immédiatement antérieure à une position d'abattage avec une came, et ensuite à déplacer l'aiguille cylindrique (1) en direction du deuxième dispositif d'amenée (F2), et
    à ce moment, pousser une platine (2) en direction d'un centre de la machine à tricoter circulaire, et positionner le fils de base (GY) sur une pointe de platine (2f) et dans un crochet de l'aiguille cylindrique (1) ;

    une étape consistant à, au niveau du deuxième dispositif d'amenée (F2), sélectionner l'aiguille cylindrique (1) pour tricoter (N1k) ou pour passepoiler (N1w) selon un motif désiré et alimenter un fil de velours (PY) vers celui-ci, et à sélectionner la platine (2) pour réaliser (T2p) ou ne pas réaliser (T2n) le velours selon le motif désiré.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, dans lequel, quand le tricotage pour un motif à une répétition s'est terminé, la platine (2) est déplacée vers une position avancée par une came de commande de platine, et l'élément de base de pièce de basculement (4) est gardé dans une position avancée.
  9. Procédé de production d'un tricot jacquard utilisant la machine à tricoter circulaire selon la revendication 7 ou 8, dans lequel, au niveau du premier dispositif d'amenée (F1), quand l'aiguille cylindrique (1) est abaissée depuis une position de tricotage vers une position de maillage, une boucle ancienne qui s'est détachée une fois d'une languette est déplacée autour vers un côté arrière de la languette par une portion de gorge de platine de la platine (2) à une position avancée, de sorte qu'un état de tricotage est maintenu.
