Claims (11)

  1.   3. Le dispositif d'étirage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième jet d'air (35) se confond avec le premier jet d'air (31).
  4. Le dispositif d'étirage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un premier angle (A) que le premier jet d'air (31) forme avec la première direction (51) est de 15° à 25°, par exemple 20°, et/ou en ce qu'un deuxième angle (B) que le deuxième jet d'air (35) forme avec la première direction (51) est de 25° à 45°, par exemple 27°.
  5. Le dispositif d'étirage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la première buse de soufflage (11) et la deuxième buse de soufflage (15) ont une construction identique.
  6. Le dispositif d'étirage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la première buse de soufflage (11) et la deuxième buse de soufflage (15) sont alimentées ensemble avec de l'air comprimé.
  7. Le dispositif d'étirage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la première buse de soufflage (11) et la deuxième buse de soufflage (15) sont reliées à une source d'air comprimé (22) par l'intermédiaire de deux conduits d'alimentation (19) qui sont disposés en parallèle.
  8. Le dispositif d'étirage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'étirage (3) comprend au moins une buse de soufflage supplémentaire (27) pour fournir un jet d'air supplémentaire (37) agissant conjointement avec le premier jet d'air (31) et le deuxième jet d'air (35) sur la région d'extrémité (36) du fil de trame inséré (6), laquelle buse de soufflage supplémentaire (27) est disposée dans la première direction (51) en aval de la deuxième buse de soufflage (15), dans lequel le jet d'air supplémentaire (37) forme un angle plus large avec la première direction (51) que le deuxième jet d'air (35).
  9. Une machine à tisser comprenant un peigne (1) avec un canal d'insertion (5) en forme de U et un dispositif d'étirage (3) pour étirer un fil de trame (6) disposé en face du canal d'insertion (5) en forme de U, caractérisée en ce que la machine à tisser comprend un dispositif d'étirage (3) pour étirer un fil de trame (6) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, qui est disposé en aval des buses auxiliaires (2) dans la direction d'insertion (M).
  10. La machine à tisser selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'étirage (3) est fixé en position réglable dans la direction longitudinale du peigne (1) sur un battant (7) de la machine à tisser.
  11. Un procédé pour étirer un fil de trame (6) qui a été inséré dans une foule (32) dans une machine à tisser, au moyen d'un dispositif d'étirage (3) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, lequel dispositif d'étirage (3) est disposé en face d'un canal d'insertion (5) en forme de U d'un peigne (1) et en aval des buses auxiliaires (2) dans une direction d'insertion (M), le procédé comprenant décharger le deuxième jet d'air (35) selon un angle plus large avec la direction d'insertion (M) que le premier jet d'air (31), dans lequel le deuxième jet d'air (35) agit conjointement avec le premier jet d'air (31) sur la région d'extrémité (36) du fil de trame inséré (6).
