Claims (11)
- Un dispositif d'étirage pour étirer un fil de trame (6) qui a été inséré dans une foule (32) dans une machine à tisser, dans lequel le dispositif d'étirage (3) peut être disposé en face d'un canal d'insertion (5) en forme de U d'un peigne (1), dans lequel le dispositif d'étirage (3) comprend un support (8), une première buse de soufflage (11) pour fournir un premier jet d'air (31) agissant sur une région d'extrémité (36) d'un fil de trame inséré (6) et une deuxième buse de soufflage (15) pour fournir un deuxième jet d'air (35) agissant conjointement avec le premier jet d'air (31) sur la région d'extrémité (36) du fil de trame inséré (6), et dans lequel la deuxième buse de soufflage (15) est disposée en aval de la première buse de soufflage (11) dans une première direction (51), laquelle première direction (51) lors du montage du dispositif d'étirage (3) sur la machine à tisser est parallèle à la direction d'insertion (M), caractérisé en ce que la première buse de soufflage (11) et la deuxième buse de soufflage (15) sont conçues comme une aiguille creuse (12, 16) avec une ouverture de sortie (13, 17) à proximité de la pointe (14, 18) de l'aiguille creuse (12, 13), dans laquelle l'aiguille creuse (12) de la première buse de soufflage (11) et l'aiguille creuse (16) de la deuxième buse de soufflage (15) sont alignées dans la première direction (51), et en ce que la première buse de soufflage (11) et la deuxième buse de soufflage (15) sont disposées sur le support (8) de sorte qu'un plan (49) de la deuxième ouverture de sortie (17) forme un angle plus large avec un plan perpendiculaire à la première direction (51) qu'un plan (48) de la première ouverture de sortie (13), de sorte que le deuxième jet d'air (35) forme un angle plus large avec la première direction (51) que le premier jet d'air (31).
- Le dispositif d'étirage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième buse de soufflage (15) est disposée plus bas que la première buse de soufflage (11) dans une deuxième direction perpendiculaire à la première direction (51) afin d'éviter que la deuxième buse de soufflage (15) atteint le premier jet d'air (31).
- Le dispositif d'étirage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième jet d'air (35) se confond avec le premier jet d'air (31).
- Le dispositif d'étirage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un premier angle (A) que le premier jet d'air (31) forme avec la première direction (51) est de 15° à 25°, par exemple 20°, et/ou en ce qu'un deuxième angle (B) que le deuxième jet d'air (35) forme avec la première direction (51) est de 25° à 45°, par exemple 27°.
- Le dispositif d'étirage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la première buse de soufflage (11) et la deuxième buse de soufflage (15) ont une construction identique.
- Le dispositif d'étirage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la première buse de soufflage (11) et la deuxième buse de soufflage (15) sont alimentées ensemble avec de l'air comprimé.
- Le dispositif d'étirage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la première buse de soufflage (11) et la deuxième buse de soufflage (15) sont reliées à une source d'air comprimé (22) par l'intermédiaire de deux conduits d'alimentation (19) qui sont disposés en parallèle.
- Le dispositif d'étirage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'étirage (3) comprend au moins une buse de soufflage supplémentaire (27) pour fournir un jet d'air supplémentaire (37) agissant conjointement avec le premier jet d'air (31) et le deuxième jet d'air (35) sur la région d'extrémité (36) du fil de trame inséré (6), laquelle buse de soufflage supplémentaire (27) est disposée dans la première direction (51) en aval de la deuxième buse de soufflage (15), dans lequel le jet d'air supplémentaire (37) forme un angle plus large avec la première direction (51) que le deuxième jet d'air (35).
- Une machine à tisser comprenant un peigne (1) avec un canal d'insertion (5) en forme de U et un dispositif d'étirage (3) pour étirer un fil de trame (6) disposé en face du canal d'insertion (5) en forme de U, caractérisée en ce que la machine à tisser comprend un dispositif d'étirage (3) pour étirer un fil de trame (6) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, qui est disposé en aval des buses auxiliaires (2) dans la direction d'insertion (M).
- La machine à tisser selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'étirage (3) est fixé en position réglable dans la direction longitudinale du peigne (1) sur un battant (7) de la machine à tisser.
- Un procédé pour étirer un fil de trame (6) qui a été inséré dans une foule (32) dans une machine à tisser, au moyen d'un dispositif d'étirage (3) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, lequel dispositif d'étirage (3) est disposé en face d'un canal d'insertion (5) en forme de U d'un peigne (1) et en aval des buses auxiliaires (2) dans une direction d'insertion (M), le procédé comprenant décharger le deuxième jet d'air (35) selon un angle plus large avec la direction d'insertion (M) que le premier jet d'air (31), dans lequel le deuxième jet d'air (35) agit conjointement avec le premier jet d'air (31) sur la région d'extrémité (36) du fil de trame inséré (6).
