Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif d'attelage pour un véhicule sur rails, avec au moins un attelage (1) avec une bride d'attelage (6) pouvant être fixée au niveau du véhicule sur rails, avec une pièce tubulaire (8) et avec une partie d'attelage (3) maintenue dans la bride d'attelage (6) pour recevoir une tête d'attelage, dotée d'un boulon (2), dans lequel la tête d'attelage peut être articulée sur le boulon, dans lequel la partie d'attelage (3) est pourvue côté frontal d'un appendice cylindrique (4) avec un support (5) et dans lequel la pièce tubulaire (8) est pourvue côté intérieur d'un élargissement de diamètre (12) recevant ledit support (5), dans lequel ledit support (5) de la partie d'attelage (3) est guidé de manière à pouvoir coulisser avec absorption d'énergie dans la pièce tubulaire (8) lors d'un impact avec une force d'impact de sorte qu'un dispositif de sécurité passif est formé, caractérisé en ce que
    l'extrémité de tube (9) de la pièce tubulaire (8) peut être fixée par une liaison (11) amovible au niveau de la bride d'attelage (6), dans lequel l'extrémité de tube (9), pourvue de l'élargissement de diamètre (12), de la pièce tubulaire (8) dépasse à l'intérieur d'une fente annulaire (11) entre la bride d'attelage (6) et le support (5) et y est fixée au niveau de la bride d'attelage par une liaison (11) amovible d'une liaison par vissage ou à baïonnette, dans lequel la partie d'attelage (3) est maintenue avec le support (5) dans la bride d'attelage (6) par des moyens de liaison réalisés de préférence en tant que boulons de cisaillement (7), lesquels se desserrent de manière autonome en présence d'une force d'impact définie.
  2. Dispositif d'attelage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
    les matériaux de la pièce tubulaire (8) et du support (5) guidé dans celle-ci sont adaptés les uns aux autres de telle sorte que le support (5) pénétrant dans la pièce tubulaire lors de l'impact provoque un élargissement de la pièce tubulaire dans la zone d'une déformation plastique, dans lequel le support glisse longitudinalement contre le côté intérieur de la pièce tubulaire avec une force de friction approximativement uniforme.
  3. Dispositif d'attelage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que
    la pièce tubulaire (8) est revêtue côté intérieur, de préférence d'une couche d'apprêt, et le support (5) est pourvu d'une bague de glissement (13) composée d'un matériau glissant, de préférence de fonte nodulaire (fonte grise).
  4. Dispositif d'attelage selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que
    la pièce tubulaire (8) est fabriquée à partir d'un tuyau d'un seul tenant, qui présente de manière continue le diamètre intérieur identique dans sa zone de déformation.
  5. Dispositif d'attelage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la pièce tubulaire (8) est pourvue au niveau de l'extrémité de tube (9) côté intérieur d'un élargissement de diamètre (12), dans lequel le support (5) est reçu.
  6. Dispositif d'attelage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que
    ledit élargissement de diamètre (12) est formé dans la pièce tubulaire ou, pour ledit support (5), à l'extérieur par un élargissement conique correspondant.
  7. Dispositif d'attelage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'autre extrémité de tube (14) de la pièce tubulaire (8) est ouverte.
  8. Dispositif d'attelage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que est fixée au niveau de l'autre extrémité de tube (14) de la pièce tubulaire (8) au moins une bride (14') séparée, laquelle est dimensionnée par son diamètre intérieur et/ou extérieur de telle manière que la force contrecarrant la force d'impact peut varier par rapport à la pièce tubulaire (8) pour ladite bride (14').
  9. Dispositif d'attelage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que
    la bride (14') peut être montée au niveau de la pièce tubulaire (8) avec une liaison amovible.
  10. Véhicule sur rails avec au moins un dispositif d'attelage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, avec une caisse de véhicule, caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif d'attelage peut être monté auprès de la caisse de véhicule.
  11. Véhicule sur rails selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que
    l'autre extrémité de tube (14) de la pièce tubulaire (8) du dispositif d'attelage est ouverte.
