Claims (12)
- Console d'ancrage pour fixer un revêtement (2) en briques à un mur porteur (3), dans laquelle la console d'ancrage (1) comporte une tête de console (4, 54) pour fixer la console d'ancrage (1) au mur porteur (3), une tôle d'âme (5), un élément d'appui (6, 36) pour l'appui du revêtement (2) en briques et un élément de pression (7) pour le transfert de pression de la console d'ancrage (1) sur le mur porteur (3), dans laquelle l'élément d'appui (6, 36) et l'élément de pression (7) sont fixés à la tôle d'âme (5), dans laquelle la tôle d'âme (5) entière est formée d'une seule tôle d'épaisseur de paroi constante (d), dans laquelle la tôle d'âme (5) comporte un tirant (8) et un arc-boutant (9), dans laquelle le tirant (8) et l'arc-boutant (9) sont raccordés l'un à l'autre juste à leurs extrémités (42, 44) tournées vers l'élément d'appui (6, 36) sur une zone de raccordement (46), dans laquelle la zone de raccordement (46) s'étend au plus sur la moitié de la longueur de porte-à-faux (L) de la console d'ancrage (1).
- Console d'ancrage selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce que la zone de raccordement (46) s'étend au plus sur un tiers de la longueur de porte-à-faux (L) de la console d'ancrage (1). - Console d'ancrage selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisée en ce que la zone de raccordement (46) s'étend entre le prolongement du tirant (8) et l'élément d'appui (6). - Console d'ancrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'épaisseur de paroi (d) de la tôle d'âme (5) est inférieure à 10 mm.
- Console d'ancrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le tirant (8) possède une arête extérieure (12) éloignée de l'arc-boutant (9), que l'arc-boutant (9) possède une arête extérieure (13) éloignée du tirant (8), et que les arêtes extérieures (12, 13) forment dans une vue de côté de la tôle d'âme (5) un angle (α) inférieur à 60°.
- Console d'ancrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le tirant (8) possède une arête extérieure (12) éloignée de l'arc-boutant (9) et une arête intérieure (14) tournée vers l'arc-boutant (9), que l'arête extérieure (12) et l'arête intérieure (14) du tirant (8) forment dans une vue de côté de la tôle d'âme (5) un angle (β) inférieur à 20°, en particulier inférieur à 10°, et que l'angle (β) s'ouvre en particulier vers la tête de console (4, 54).
- Console d'ancrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que l'arc-boutant (9) présente une section (15) coudée, dans laquelle la section (15) coudée possède son coude dans une section transversale transversalement au sens longitudinal de l'arc-boutant (9).
- Console d'ancrage selon la revendication 7,
caractérisée en ce que la section (15) coudée s'étend au moins sur le côté avant (16) éloigné de l'élément d'appui (6) de l'arc-boutant (9), et que l'arc-boutant (9) est raccordé sur le côté avant (16) à l'élément de pression (7). - Console d'ancrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de pression (7) est une plaque de pression.
- Console d'ancrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'appui (6, 36) est une plaque d'appui ou un angle d'appui.
- Console d'ancrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que la tête de console (4) entoure la tôle d'âme (5).
- Console d'ancrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que la tôle d'âme (5) est en acier inoxydable.
