  • the linear guiding 17 can be deflected in a small amount perpendicular to the main direction (double arrow P, fig. 6 ) of the linear guiding 19.
  • the latch 14 can follow the rotational movement of the gear 12 (see figure 7 ).
  • a biasing face 20 is provided, against which the latch 14 is biased during following.
  • the biasing face 20 is inclined radially towards the center of the gear 12, so that upon contact between the latch 14 and the biasing face 20 the latch 14 is biased against the gear 12, additionally to the loading force of the loading spring 16. So the brake is in this embodiment designed self-energizing using of the weight of the seat including any load sitting on the seat.

Claims (11)

  1. Treppenlift, Folgendes umfassend:
    - mindestens eine Tragschiene (1), die sich entlang einer Führungsschiene erstreckt,
    - einen Rahmen (2), der in die mindestens eine Tragschiene eingehängt ist und Folgendes umfasst:
    - einen Antrieb, um den Rahmenteil entlang der Tragschiene zu bewegen;
    - einen Träger (7) für einen Sitz (3), der insbesondere drehbar am Rahmen montiert ist;
    - einen Sitz (3), der in Bezug zum Rahmen (2) beweglich, insbesondere verschwenkbar ist;
    - ein Ausgleichssystem, um den Sitz (3) in Bezug zu einer festen Umgebung in einer festgelegten Ausrichtung zu halten;
    - eine Sperre (5, 6, 14) zum Sperren der Bewegung des Sitzes (3) in Bezug zum Träger, wobei die Sperre einen Riegel (14) umfasst, wobei der Riegel (14) im gesperrten Zustand mit einem Gegenstück (12), insbesondere einem Zahnrad (12) drehfest verbunden ist,
    wobei der Riegel (14) vorgespannt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Riegelmechanismus als selbstverstärkender Mechanismus ausgelegt ist,
    wobei der Riegelmechanismus auf eine Art ausgelegt ist, dass im gesperrten Zustand eine Kraft, die den Riegel im gesperrten Zustand hält, zunimmt, wenn der Sitz dazu neigt, sich weiter von der horizontalen Ausrichtung zu verlagern.
  2. Treppenlift nach Anspruch 1,
    wobei die Sperre (5, 6, 14) dazu ausgelegt ist, die Bewegung des Sitzes (3) in Bezug zum Rahmen (2) zu sperren, wenn der Sitz um mehr als einen festgelegten Winkel bewegt wird.
  3. Treppenlift nach Anspruch 2,
    wobei der festgelegte Winkel in Bezug zum Rahmen definiert ist oder wobei der festgelegte Winkel in Bezug zur festen Umgebung definiert ist,
    oder wobei der festgelegte Winkel 5 Grad, insbesondere 10 Grad beträgt.
  4. Treppenlift nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch,
    wobei der Riegel (14) dazu eingerichtet ist, mit einem Zahnrad (12) als Gegenstück, insbesondere einem Schneckenrad (12) eines Schneckengetriebes (10), zum Ausgleichen des Sitzes in Eingriff gebracht zu werden.
  5. Treppenlift nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch,
    wobei das Zahnrad (12) ein Schneckenrad eines Schneckengetriebes (10) ist, wobei das Schneckengetriebe ferner eine Schneckenspindel (11) umfasst, die in das Schneckenrad (12) eingreift,
    das Schneckenrad (12) zumindest eine erste Fläche (C11, X11) zum ausschließlichen Eingreifen in die Schneckenspindel (11) aufweist,
    das Schneckenrad (12) zumindest eine zweite Fläche (C14, X14) zum ausschließlichen Eingreifen in den Riegel (14) aufweist.
  6. Treppenlift nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch,
    wobei die erste Fläche (C11) in Umfangsrichtung von der zweiten Fläche (C14) beabstandet ist,
    und/oder
    wobei die erste Fläche (X11) in Axialrichtung von der zweiten Fläche (X14) beabstandet ist.
  7. Treppenlift nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Riegel (14) im gesperrten Zustand dazu eingerichtet ist, der Bewegung des Gegenstücks (12) zu folgen und vom Gegenstück (12) gegen ein Vorspannungselement (20), insbesondere eine Vorspannungsfläche (20), die dazu eingerichtet ist, den Riegel (14) zusätzlich in seine gesperrte Position vorzuspannen, insbesondere in Radialrichtung der Mitte des Zahnrads (12) vorgespannt zu werden.
  8. Treppenlift nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Sperrmechanismus eine Bremse, insbesondere eine Trommelbremse (5) oder Scheibenbremse (6) ist.
  9. Treppenlift nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, ein Stellglied (17) zum Entsperren des Riegels (14) umfassend.
  10. Treppenlift nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Sperre dazu ausgelegt ist, das Ausgleichssystem zu deaktivieren, wenn sie gesperrt ist.
  11. Treppenlift nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Sperre dazu ausgelegt ist, einen Antrieb zu deaktivieren, um das Rahmenteil entlang der Tragschiene zu bewegen, wenn sie gesperrt ist.
