Claims (10)

  1. Broche (1) pour un poste de travail d'une machine textile, en particulier d'un métier à filer à anneaux,

    • une base de broche (4) adjacente à la tige (2) ; et
    • un dispositif de sectionnement (5, 15, 20) disposé au-dessus de la base de broche (4) pour sectionner le fil lors du retrait de la canette (3) de l'arbre (2) ;
    • dans laquelle le dispositif de sectionnement (5, 15, 20) comporte un évidement (11) pour entourer la tige (2), une zone intérieure (12, 24) adjacente à l'évidement (11) et une zone de sectionnement (10, 16, 21) ; et
    • le dispositif de sectionnement repose sur la base de broche (4) et n'y est pas relié, et
    • la zone intérieure (12, 24) du dispositif de sectionnement (5, 15, 20) comporte au moins une zone de serrage (13, 25) pour serrer le dispositif de sectionnement (5, 15, 20) sur la tige (2)
    caractérisée en ce que l'au moins une zone de serrage (13, 25) est circulaire et le diamètre de la zone de serrage (13) circulaire est inférieur ou égal à un diamètre d'une extrémité inférieure de la tige (2).
  2. Broche (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de sectionnement (5, 15, 20) comporte une fente (14, 18) dont une extrémité est disposée au niveau de l'évidement (11).
  3. Broche (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la fente (14, 18) comporte au moins un coin (19).
  4. Broche (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de sectionnement (20) est réalisé plat.
  5. Broche (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la zone de sectionnement (10, 16, 21) comporte un bord circulaire, des dents (17) et/ou des saillies (22), lequel est ou lesquelles sont, de préférence au moins partiellement tranchant ou tranchantes.
  6. Broche (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de sectionnement (5, 15, 20) est conçu monobloc, de préférence en métal.
  7. Broche (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la zone de sectionnement (10, 16, 21) présente un diamètre extérieur inférieur ou égal à un diamètre de la base de broche (4).
  8. Broche (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que la base de broche (4) comporte des encoches (9) et le diamètre extérieur de la zone de sectionnement (10, 16, 21) est supérieur ou égal à un diamètre intérieur formé par les bases des encoches (9).
  9. Broche (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que la base de broche (4) est une couronne de serrage (4).
  10. Métier à filer à anneaux comportant une pluralité de postes de travail, dans lequel chaque poste de travail comporte une broche (1) dotée d'un dispositif de sectionnement (5, 15, 20) pour sectionner un fil lors du retrait d'une canette (3) de la broche (1), caractérisé en ce que la broche (1) est conçue selon l'au moins une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9.
