Claims (9)
- Système comprenant un dispositif d'application de colle pour une plaqueuse de chants permettant d'appliquer de la colle liquide fondue sur un chant (20) d'une pièce d'œuvre (12) qui est en forme de plaque et est déplacée dans une direction d'avancée (14) à une vitesse d'avancée, et comprenant un élément de traitement de signal (60), dans lequel le dispositif d'application de colle (10) présente une chambre de fonte (34) au sein de laquelle sont agencés un insert de fonte (36) permettant de faire fondre une colle pouvant être introduite dans la chambre de fonte (34) et un piston de pression (42) qui peut être déplacé dans la chambre de fonte (34) et permet de presser la colle contre l'insert de fonte (36), et dans lequel le dispositif d'application de colle (10) comprend un groupe d'avancée (44) permettant de déplacer le piston de pression (42) et un corps de buse (30) permettant d'appliquer la colle fondue sur le chant (20) de la pièce d'œuvre (12), et dans lequel le dispositif d'application de colle (10) présente un dispositif de détection (54) conçu pour fournir en continu un signal de capteur correspondant au niveau de remplissage actuel de la chambre de fonte (34) après le remplissage de la chambre de fonte (34), dans lequel le dispositif de détection (54) peut être relié de manière amovible à l'élément de traitement de signal (60), caractérisé en ce que l'élément de traitement de signal (60) est configuré pour, en fonction de la variation dans le temps du niveau de remplissage de la chambre de fonte (34) avec prise en compte de la vitesse d'avancée de la pièce d'œuvre (12), déterminer la longueur d'application de colle restante avant d'atteindre un niveau de remplissage minimum de la chambre de fonte (34).
- Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le signal de capteur correspond à la position actuelle du piston de pression (42).
- Système selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le groupe d'avancée (44) présente un groupe piston-cylindre hydraulique ou pneumatique comprenant un piston de réglage (50) qui est relié au piston de pression (42) et dont la position actuelle peut être détectée en continu au moyen du dispositif de détection (54).
- Système selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la position actuelle du piston de pression (42) ou du piston de réglage (50) peut être détectée sans contact.
- Système selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la position actuelle du piston de pression (42) ou du piston de réglage (50) peut être détectée de manière capacitive ou inductive.
- Système selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de détection (54) présente au moins un élément formant capteur (56) qui est agencé à l'extérieur d'un carter du dispositif d'application de colle (10).
- Système selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le au moins un élément formant capteur (56) est agencé à l'extérieur d'un groupe piston-cylindre (46).
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de traitement de signal (60) présente un dispositif d'affichage (62) sur lequel la longueur d'application de colle restante peut être indiquée à l'utilisateur.
- Système selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la consommation de colle rapportée à la longueur et/ou le niveau de remplissage de la chambre de fonte (34) peu(ven)t être indiqué(s) sur le dispositif d'affichage (62).
