Claims (22)

  1. Vorrichtung (10) zur Befestigung eines Endes eines Armbands (100) an einem Gegenstand, insbesondere einem Uhrgehäuse (200) oder einem Juwel, umfassend:
    - eine Tragplatte (14), die von einer Auflage (14a) gebildet wird, die eine Ebene definiert,
    - ein Steuerungsorgan (1),
    - zwei Wellen (4', 4"), die gleitend in der Ebene der Tragplatte (14) auf einer gleichen Achse, so genannten Gleitachse, montiert sind, wobei die Wellen (4', 4") fähig sind, sich nach der Beanspruchung des Steuerungsorgans (1) zwischen einer Eingriffsposition, wo die Wellen (4', 4") mit dem Gegenstand fest verbunden sind, und einer zurückgezogenen Position, wo die Wellen (4', 4") von dem Gegenstand gelöst sind, zu verschieben,
    - elastische Mittel (2), welche die zwei Wellen (4', 4") verbinden und die Wellen (4', 4") in Abwesenheit einer Beanspruchung des Steuerungsorgans (1) festhalten,
    wobei die Vorrichtung (10) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das Steuerungsorgan (1) translationsbeweglich auf einer Achse, so genannten Translationsachse (17), montiert ist, die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der Ebene der Tragplatte (14) verläuft, und dadurch, dass das Steuerungsorgan (1) in Bezug auf die Gleitachse der Wellen (4', 4") versetzt ist und mit diesen Letzteren durch Verbindungselemente (5', 5", 6', 6") verbunden ist, die fähig sind, die Translationsbewegung des Steuerungsorgans (1) in eine Gleitbewegung der Wellen (4', 4") bei der Beanspruchung des Steuerungsorgans (1) umzuwandeln, und dadurch, dass die Verbindungselemente zwischen dem Steuerungsorgan (1) und den Wellen (4', 4") sukzessive umfassen:
    - zwei Arme (5', 5"), die an einem Ende um eine Achse (11), so genannte Drehachse, angelenkt sind, die senkrecht zu der Tragplatte (14) montiert ist, wobei die Arme (5', 5") um das Steuerungsorgan (1) symmetrisch in Bezug auf eine Linie angeordnet sind, welche die Drehachse (11) und die Translationsachse (17) des Steuerungsorgans (1) verbindet, wobei die Linie senkrecht zu der Gleitachse der Wellen (4', 4") verläuft,
    - zwei Schubstangen (6', 6"), die jeweils drehend über Stifte (9', 9") auf dem anderen Ende der Arme (5', 5") montiert sind.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die zwei Arme (5', 5") auf der Drehachse (11) überlagern, mit jeweils einem Arm (5") in unterer Position und einem Arm (5') in oberer Position in Bezug auf die Ebene der Tragplatte (14), wobei sich die Arme (5', 5") jeweils auf jeder Seite des Steuerungsorgans (1) erstrecken, bevor sie sich an einem Kreuzungspunkt (12) kreuzen, der auf der Linie und in Bezug auf die Drehachse (11) diametral gegenüberliegend ausgerichtet ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Arm (5', 5") einen ersten Kurvenabschnitt (5'a, 5"a) umfasst, der sich im Wesentlichen der Form des Steuerungsorgans (1) anpasst und sich im Wesentlichen zwischen der Drehachse (11) und dem Kreuzungspunkt (12) erstreckt, gefolgt von einem zweiten geradlinigen Abschnitt (5'b, 5"b), der sich im Wesentlichen ausgehend von dem Kreuzungspunkt (12) bis zu den Stiften (9', 9") erstreckt, welche die Verbindung zwischen den Armen (5', 5") und den Schubstangen (6', 6") sicherstellen.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Arm (5', 5") auf einem Teil seines ersten Kurvenabschnitts (5'a, 5"a) eine Überhöhung (5'c, 5"c) mit einer Dicke umfasst, die im Wesentlichen gleich ist wie die Dicke des anderen Arms (5', 5"), wobei der Arm (5') in oberer Position eine Überhöhung (5'c) umfasst, die sich zur Tragplatte (14) erhebt, und wobei der Arm (5") in unterer Position eine Überhöhung (5"c) umfasst, die sich auf der der Tragplatte (14) gegenüberliegenden Seite erhebt.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuerungsorgan (1) einen Druckknopf bildet, mit einer kegelstumpfförmigen seitlichen Oberfläche, die dazu bestimmt ist, mit entsprechenden Oberflächen zusammenzuwirken, die auf den Innenflanken der Arme (5', 5") angeordnet sind.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Öffnungen (18', 18") in Kreisbogen, die auf der Drehachse (11) zentriert sind, in der Tragplatte (14) ausgeführt sind, wobei die Stifte (9', 9"), welche die Arme (5', 5") mit den Schubstangen (6', 6") verbinden, in den Öffnungen (18', 18") versenkt und dazu bestimmt sind, innerhalb dieser Öffnungen (18', 18") zu gleiten, um eine Drehbewegung der Arme (5', 5") in eine Gleitbewegung der Wellen (4', 4") umzuwandeln.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Aussparung (16', 16") innerhalb jeder Schubstange (6', 6") eingerichtet ist, wobei ein Finger (15', 15"), der jeweils mit jeder Welle (4', 4") fest verbunden ist, in der Aussparung (16', 16") versenkt ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Welle (4', 4") zwei Wände (13', 13") umfasst, die senkrecht zu der Gleitachse verlaufen, zwischen welchen jede Schubstange (6', 6") geführt wird.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich, für den Arm (5') in oberer Position, die Schubstange (6') zwischen der Öffnung (18') und dem Arm (5') positioniert, mit dem Finger (15') der Welle (4') zur Tragplatte (14) gedreht, und dadurch, dass sich, für den Arm (5") in unterer Position, der Arm (5") zwischen der Öffnung (18") und der Schubstange (6") positioniert, mit dem Finger (15") der Welle (4") zu der der Platte (14) gegenüberliegenden Seite gedreht.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragplatte (14) Führungswände (3) umfasst, die entlang der Gleitachse der Wellen (4', 4") beidseits jeder Welle (4', 4") und der elastischen Mittel (2) verteilt sind.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Welle (4', 4") einen ersten zylindrischen Abschnitt (4'a, 4"a) umfasst, der dazu bestimmt ist, in den Gegenstand einzugreifen, einen zweiten konischen Abschnitt (4'b, 4"b), der sich zu einem dritten Abschnitt (4'c, 4"c) hin in U-Form aufweitet, der eine Aufnahme bildet, die von den Wänden (13', 13") begrenzt ist und in der sich der Finger (15', 15") erhebt, einen vierten zylindrischen Abschnitt (4'd, 4"d), um den die elastischen Mittel (2) gewickelt sind, indem sie auf eine der Wände (13', 13") des dritten Abschnitts (4'c, 4"c) drücken.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zusätzlichen elastischen Mittel eine Metalllamelle umfassen, die an dem Steuerungsorgan (1) befestigt ist, die gespannt wird, wenn das Steuerungsorgan (1) beansprucht wird, und die entspannt wird, wenn das Steuerungsorgan (1) über einen bestimmten Weg hinaus zurückgeht, wobei die Entspannung der Metalllamelle ein charakteristisches akustisches Klicken bewirkt, das ein Erkennen der richtigen Befestigung der Wellen (4', 4") in dem Gegenstand ermöglicht.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste zylindrische Abschnitt (4'a, 4"a) der Wellen (4', 4") mit einem Antifriktionsüberzug bedeckt ist, insbesondere aus Polytetrafluorethylen oder aus Polyurethan, beladen mit einem Perfluorpolyether-Öl.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Weg des Steuerungsorgans (1) zwischen 0,3 und 0,8 mm beträgt.
  17. Armband (100), umfassend die Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche.
  18. Armband (100) nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsvorrichtung (10) in das Armband (100) eingelassen ist.
  19. Armband (100) nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aus Metall oder aus Keramik mit einem überformten Teil aus Kunststoff, der die Befestigungsvorrichtung (10) umfasst, aus Leder, aus gewebtem oder gesticktem Textil oder aus Kunststoffmaterial ist.
  20. Armband (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Position des Steuerungsorgans (1) durch eine Markierung auf der Oberfläche des Armbands (100) angezeigt wird.
  21. Armband (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflagefläche des Steuerungsorgans (1) zwischen 0,2 und 0,7 mm unter der Oberfläche des Armbands positioniert ist.
  22. Uhr (200) oder Juwel, ausgestattet mit einem Armband (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 21.
