Claims (13)
- Zifferblatt (1) für ein Uhrmachereiteil, umfassend einen Support (2) und eine Perlmuttfolie (3), wobei die Perlmuttfolie (3) eine vordere Stirnfläche (3a) und eine hintere Stirnfläche (3b) gegenüber dem Support (2) aufweist, und auf der ein Motiv (4) aufgedruckt worden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Perlmuttfolie (3) eine Dicke aufweist, die zwischen 50 um und 300 µm enthalten ist, damit das auf der hinteren Stirnfläche (3b) der Perlmuttfolie (3) aufgedruckte Motiv (4) unter normalen Beleuchtungsbedingungen durch das Perlmutt hindurch durchscheinend erscheint.
- Zifferblatt nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Perlmuttfolie (3) eine Dicke aufweist, die zwischen 50 µm und 250 µm, vorzugsweise zwischen 100 µm und 200 µm, vorzugsweise zwischen 120 µm und 180 µm, vorzugsweise zwischen 130 µm und 170 µm und bevorzugter zwischen 140 µm und 160 µm enthalten ist.
- Zifferblatt nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Perlmutt gefärbt ist.
- Zifferblatt nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das aufgedruckte Motiv (4) aus einer Reihe von Strichen mit unterschiedlicher Breite gebildet ist.
- Zifferblatt nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Support (2) metallisch ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Zifferblattes (1) für ein Uhrmachereiteil, umfassend einen Support (2) und eine Perlmuttfolie (3) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst:a) Bereitstellen eines Supports (2)b) Bereitstellen einer Perlmuttfolie (3), die eine Dicke aufweist, die zwischen 50 µm und 300 µm enthalten istc) Aufdrucken eines Motivs (4) auf die hintere Stirnfläche (3b) der Perlmuttfolie (3)d) Zusammensetzen der in Schritt c) erhaltenen bedruckten Perlmuttfolie (3) auf dem Support (2), und wobei die Dicke gemäß Schritt b) ausgewählt ist, damit das Motiv unter normalen Beleuchtungsbedingungen durch das Perlmutt hindurch durchscheinend erscheinen kann.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Perlmuttfolie (3) eine Dicke aufweist, die zwischen 50 µm und 250 µm, vorzugsweise zwischen 100 µm und 200 µm, vorzugsweise zwischen 120 µm und 180 µm, vorzugsweise zwischen 130 µm und 170 µm und bevorzugter zwischen 140 µm und 160 µm enthalten ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es weiter einen Schritt e) des Einfärbens des Perlmutts vor dem Schritt c) des Aufdruckens des Motivs umfasst.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt c) zum Aufdrucken des Motivs (4) mithilfe von einer Tinte durchgeführt wird, die gemäß einem Verfahren aufgetragen wird, das aus der Gruppe ausgewählt wird, die Siebdruck, Fotolithografie und Tintenstrahldruck umfasst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tinte entsprechend einer Dickenschicht aufgetragen wird, die zwischen 10 µm und 40 µm, vorzugsweise zwischen 20 µm und 30 µm enthalten ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das aufgedruckte Motiv (4) durch eine Reihe von Strichen mit unterschiedlicher Breite gebildet ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Support (2) metallisch ist.
- Uhrmachereiteil, ein Zifferblatt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 umfassend.
