Claims (23)
- Musikuhrengehäuse (100), das mindestens eine Abdeckungsanordnung (1) umfasst, die einerseits eine Lünette (2) und andererseits mindestens ein Glas (3) oder einen Boden (5), einen Gehäusepassungsring (4) umfasst, einen Mittelteil (10), der eine erste Fläche (11) zur Aufnahme und zum Tragen der genannten Abdeckungsanordnung (1) und eine mittlere Fläche (14) zur Aufnahme und zum Tragen des genannten Gehäusepassungsringes (4) aufweist, wobei das genannte Gehäuse (100) mindestens eine mit dem genannten Mittelteil (10) fest verbundene Glocke (6) umfasst, die einen von den Wänden des genannten Mittelteils (10) getrennten Resonanzteil aufweist, wobei der Mittelteil (10) die Abdeckungsanordnung (1) über mindestens einen Ansatz (7) trägt, der in der Lünette (2) oder dem Mittelteil (10) enthalten ist und der so angeordnet ist, dass er der Abdeckungsanordnung (1) ermöglicht, bei Frequenzen zwischen 4 kHz und 6 kHz zu schwingen und zu strahlen, wobei jede der Laschen (7) von jeder anderen Lasche (7) verschieden ist und keinen Kontakt mit irgendeiner anderen Lasche (7) hat, und wobei die mindestens eine Lasche (7) an einem festen distalen Ende (71) mindestens eine Stützfläche (72) aufweist, die so angeordnet ist, dass sie in Anlage mit dem Mittelteil (10) bzw. der Lünette (2) zusammenwirkt, und Befestigungsmittel (73), die so angeordnet sind, dass sie die mindestens eine Lasche (7) über ihre mindestens eine Stützfläche (72), die auf dem Mittelteil (10) bzw. der Lünette (2) ruht oder zusammengedrückt wird, starr befestigen, wobei jede Lasche (7) zwischen dem Mittelteil (10) und der Lünette (2) einen dünnen, elastischen Mittelstreifen (74) aufweist, der flexibler ist als das feste distale Ende (71) und dessen Dicke geringer ist als der kleinste Querschnitt jeder Glocke (6), und wobei der Mittelteil (10) mindestens eine im Wesentlichen ringförmige Umfangswand (16) aufweist, die eine innere Kammer (17) definiert, die sich um den Gehäusepassungsring (4) herum erstreckt, und wobei das Gehäuse (100) in einem Abstand von der mittleren Stützfläche (14) für den Gehäusepassungsring (4) auf dem Mittelteil (10) mindestens eine erste im Wesentlichen ringförmige Silent-Block-Dichtung (91) aufweist, die so angeordnet ist, dass sie die Übertragung von Schwingungen zwischen einer musikalischen Betriebsbewegung oder einem Schlagwerk und den äußeren Teilen des Gehäuses (100) begrenzt und unerwünschte Geräusche verringert, ohne die Schwingung jeder Glocke (6) zu behindern.
- Gehäuse (100) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Laschen (7) mit mindestens einer Dichtung (102) die einzigen direkten Kontakte zwischen der Lünette (2) und dem Mittelteil (10) bilden.
- Gehäuse (100) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Laschen (7) die einzigen direkten Kontakte zwischen der Lünette (2) und dem Mittelteil (10) bilden.
- Gehäuse (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich jede Lasche (7) in einem Winkelsektor mit einem zentralen Winkel (α) von weniger als 45° in Bezug auf die Mitte des Gehäuses (100) erstreckt.
- Gehäuse (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mittelteil (10) einen Boden des Gehäuses (100) bildet oder eine zweite Fläche (15) zur Aufnahme und Abstützung eines Bodens (5) aufweist, wenn die Abdeckungsanordnung (1) keinen Boden enthält.
- Gehäuse (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mittelteil (10) oder die Abdeckungsanordnung (1) einen transparenten hinteren Boden (5) trägt oder enthält.
- Gehäuse (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der dünne, elastische Mittelstreifen (74) eine Dicke aufweist, die kleiner ist als die kleinste Dicke des Mittelteils (10) und kleiner ist als die kleinste Dicke der Lünette (2).
- Gehäuse (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (100) die Laschen (7) in der inneren Kammer (17) aufweist.
- Gehäuse (100) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich alle Laschen (7) des Gehäuses (100) innerhalb der inneren Kammer (17) befinden.
- Gehäuse (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gehäusepassungsring (4) so angeordnet ist, dass er ein Uhrwerk und/oder einen Uhrwerkmechanismus trägt, und dass das Gehäuse (100) außerhalb des Mittelteils (10), zum Rand des Gehäuses (100) hin, auf der der inneren Kammer (17) gegenüberliegenden Seite in Bezug auf den Mittelteil (10) Laschen (7) aufweist.
- Gehäuse (100) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle Laschen (7) des Gehäuses (100) außerhalb des Mittelteils (10), zum Rand des Gehäuses (100) hin, auf der der inneren Kammer (17) gegenüberliegenden Seite in Bezug auf den Mittelteil (10) liegen.
- Gehäuse (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse eine Vielzahl von Laschen (7) aufweist, wobei die Richtungen aller dünnen, elastischen, im Wesentlichen geradlinigen Streifen (74) eine gleiche Neigung in Bezug auf eine gleiche zentrale Bezugsachse aufweisen.
- Gehäuse (100) nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle dünnen, elastischen, im Wesentlichen geradlinigen Mittelstreifen (74) auf einer gleichen Rotationsfläche um dieselbe zentrale Bezugsachse angeordnet sind.
- Gehäuse (100) nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehfläche ein Kegel ist.

- Gehäuse (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittelteil (10) um die im Wesentlichen ringförmige Umfangswand (16), die eine innere Kammer (17) definiert, die sich um den Gehäusepassungsring (4) und um alle in dem Gehäuse (100) enthaltenen Laschen (7) erstreckt, einen Resonatorring (8) aufweist, der auf den Mittelteil (10) angeordnet ist oder eine Lippe der Gehäusemitte (10) bildet, wobei der Resonatorring (8) an allen Punkten von der Lünette (2) und von den Laschen (7) entfernt ist und mit der Umfangswand (16) einen äußeren Strahlungshohlraum (18) bildet.
- Gehäuse (100) nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Resonatorring (8) eine geringere Dicke aufweist als jede der Laschen (7) und aus einer Gold- und/oder Platin- und/oder Titanlegierung hergestellt ist.
- Gehäuse (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (100) auf der mittleren Stützfläche (14) für den Gehäusepassungsring (4) auf dem Mittelteil (10) und zwischen dem Gehäusepassungsring (4) und dem Mittelteil (10) mindestens eine zweite, im Wesentlichen ringförmige Silent-Block-Dichtung (92) aufweist, die so angeordnet ist, dass sie die Übertragung von Schwingungen zwischen einem funktionierenden Musikwerk oder Schlagwerk und den äußeren Teilen des Gehäuses (100) begrenzt und unerwünschte Geräusche verringert, ohne die Schwingung jeder Glocke (6) zu behindern.
- Gehäuse (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mittelteil (10) einstückig mit mindestens einer Glocke (6) ausgebildet ist.
- Gehäuse (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Glocke (6) an dem Mittelteil (10) angebracht und befestigt ist.
