Claims (13)
- Capsule (1), permettant de préparer une boisson, comme le café ou le thé, dans un dispositif de boissons, qui est fermée à son extrémité de sortie (2) par un fond de boîtier (3) et forme à l'extrémité d'entrée (4) opposée un orifice (5) qui est fermé par un opercule qui peut être perforé par un dispositif pour faire rentrer l'eau dans l'espace intérieur de la capsule qui contient un substrat, des granulés et/ou une poudre pour boisson, caractérisée en outre :- en ce que la capsule (1) présente dans son fond de boîtier (3) des points faibles (6) qui s'ouvrent, se brisent ou se déchirent sous une pression de liquide appliquée dans l'espace intérieur de la capsule afin de laisser passer le liquide de l'espace intérieur de la capsule (1) vers la sortie de boisson (7),- en ce que le fond de boîtier (3) est recouvert d'une plaque intérieure (8) en forme de disque dont le bord extérieur (9) présente des passages de liquide (10) à travers lesquels, sous l'effet de la pression de liquide appliquée, le liquide s'écoule de l'espace intérieur de la capsule (1) vers les points faibles (6) du fond (3),caractérisée :- en ce que sur le fond de boîtier (3), une saillie annulaire (11) dépassant dans l'espace intérieur de la capsule déborde et est disposée coaxialement par rapport à l'axe de capsule (12), et- en ce que la plaque intérieure (8) est insérée par complémentarité de forme dans l'espace intérieur (13) de la saillie annulaire (11), tout en remplissant l'espace intérieur.
- Capsule selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la plaque intérieure (8) est insérée dans l'espace intérieur (13) de la saillie annulaire (11), tout en dépassant latéralement de la saillie annulaire afin d'être insérée par son bord extérieur (8a) dans l'espace annulaire (14) qui entoure la saillie annulaire.
- Capsule selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le bord extérieur (8a) de la plaque intérieure (8) repose sur le fond de boîtier (3).
- Capsule selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que le bord extérieur (8a) de la plaque intérieure (8) est inséré dans l'espace annulaire (14) par complémentarité de forme.
- Capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le bord extérieur (8a) de la plaque intérieure (8) est perforé en forme de tamis.
- Capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le bord extérieur (8a) de la plaque intérieure (8) forme sur la face inférieure tournée vers le fond de boîtier (3) des canaux de passage (15) qui éloignent le liquide des orifices de tamis (16) au-delà de la saillie annulaire (11) vers les points faibles (6).
- Capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le fond (3) de la capsule (1) présente en tant que point faible (6) près de son bord extérieur au moins un point destiné à la rupture ou au moins une ligne à déchirer.
- Capsule selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que les points faibles (6) se trouvent sur un cercle qui est centré par rapport au milieu du fond (3) de la capsule (1).
- Capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une deuxième saillie annulaire (17) déborde vers le bas, de manière coaxiale à l'axe de capsule, sur la face inférieure du fond de boîtier (3).
- Capsule selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce qu'un espace d'écoulement (22) est fixé, en particulier encliqueté par complémentarité de forme, sur la deuxième saillie annulaire (17).
- Capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le fond (3) de la capsule (1) présente pour un guidage homogène de la masse de matière plastique fondue lors du moulage par injection de matière plastique des endroits minces (20) en forme d'arc- qui sont situés sur le cercle centré des points faibles (6),- qui remplissent les espaces entre les points faibles (6), et- qui présentent une épaisseur de matière qui est à tel point supérieure à l'épaisseur de matière des points faibles (6) qu'ils ne se déchirent ou ne se brisent pas sous la pression de liquide, contrairement aux points faibles (6).
- Capsule selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que de deux à huit, en particulier quatre, points faibles (6) sont disposés à distances égales sur le cercle, et les espaces de cercle entre les points faibles sont remplis par le même nombre de points minces en forme d'arc (20).
- Capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les points faibles (6) présentent la forme d'un triangle, d'une ondulation, d'une ou de plusieurs pointes, d'un ovale, d'un U ou d'un V.
