Definitions
- the present invention relates to a guide device for a vacuum cleaner with a vacuum cleaner bag, the vacuum cleaner bag being fixed to a holding plate with a base plate on which an inflow opening is formed, a closing flap being pivotably mounted on the base plate, by means of which the inflow opening can be closed, a holding plate for a vacuum cleaner bag and a method for positioning a vacuum cleaner bag with a retaining plate in a vacuum cleaner.
- the DE 102 03 460 A1 discloses a vacuum cleaner bag with a holding plate which can be pushed into a guide device of a vacuum cleaner.
- a displaceable closure element is provided on the retaining plate, by means of which an inflow opening on the retaining plate can be covered.
- the vacuum cleaner bag is fixed to the guide device of the vacuum cleaner by pushing it in via the retaining plate.
- the holding plate is designed to be comparatively long and is held in the guide of the vacuum cleaner with play. As a result, the positioning of the holding plate is not particularly precise and the holding plate requires a comparatively large amount of space.
- the DE 10 2007 053 151 A1 discloses a holding plate for a vacuum cleaner bag, in which an inflow opening is formed in the holding plate, which can be closed via an integrally formed pivotable flap.
- the flap can be inserted into a trough-shaped receptacle in the retaining plate.
- the holding plate is comparatively long in the direction of insertion so that it can be guided with play in a guide device of a vacuum cleaner, with the accuracy of the positioning being limited and the use of material for the holding plate also being high.
- the EP 2 732 747 A2 discloses a vacuum cleaner bag with a holding plate on which a closure flap for closing an inflow opening is pivotably mounted and is biased into the closed position by a spring.
- the spring is fixed to a retaining bracket on the retaining plate.
- At least one protruding guiding element is formed on a retaining plate, which has a base plate and a pivotable closing flap, and can be inserted into a guiding device of a vacuum cleaner.
- the closure flap can be pivoted relative to the base plate, which allows the closure flap to be aligned at an angle relative to the base plate in the installation situation.
- the required installation volume for the retaining plate is reduced, since the closure flap adapts better to the contour of the vacuum cleaner bag arranged adjacent to it.
- the handling of the closure flap is improved since, after manufacture, it is pivoted at least twice by inserting and withdrawing it from the guide device, so that it can then be actuated easily by the user.
- the guiding device has a straight and a curved guiding section.
- the guide element on the closure flap is preferably inserted into the curved guide section, so that the closure flap is pivoted relative to the base plate when it is pushed in.
- the base plate is only pushed into the straight guide section so that it can be moved easily.
- the guide element can be designed as a web which extends essentially parallel to an axis of rotation of the closure flap.
- the guide element can protrude from the closure flap on one side or on both sides; for a material-saving design, the guide element can preferably only be provided on one side of the closure flap.
- the base plate has a short length in the insertion direction, in particular a length that is less than 1.5 times the diameter of the inflow opening.
- the length of the base plate in the direction of insertion can be between 0.9 times and 1.2 times the diameter of the inflow opening in the base plate.
- At least one bendable web can be provided on the base plate, which is clamped in the guide device.
- the bendable web can be designed as a bridge web which is connected to the base plate at opposite ends.
- a slot-shaped opening can be formed between the flexible web and the base plate, which gives the flexible web a freedom of movement perpendicular to the direction of insertion, which can be between 1 mm and 3 mm, for example.
- the vacuum cleaner bag with the holding plate is first inserted into a guide device of the vacuum cleaner, with a closure flap pivotably mounted on a base plate being arranged at the front in the insertion direction.
- the closure flap is simultaneously pivoted about an axis of rotation relative to the base plate, with the closure flap being guided in the guide device with a guide element.
- the guiding device preferably has a straight guiding section and a curved guiding section.
- the base plate is only inserted into the straight guide portion, while the guide element on the closure flap is first inserted through the straight guide portion and then into the curved guide portion to cause pivoting relative to the base plate.
- the vacuum cleaner preferably has a detection device, by means of which it can be detected whether a vacuum cleaner bag with a holding plate has been inserted into the guide device, with the closure flap switching the detection device on insertion.
- the closure flap can optionally be locked in the pushed-in position on the guide device.
- a holding plate 1 for a vacuum cleaner bag comprises a base plate 2, which has a substantially rectangular outer contour.
- the base plate 2 In the base plate 2 there is an inflow opening 3 into which a nozzle of a vacuum cleaner can be inserted.
- An elastic sealing element can be fixed to the base plate 2 around the inflow opening 3, or the filter material of the vacuum cleaner bag protrudes in a ring shape into the inflow opening 3 and thus forms the opening into which the nozzle of the vacuum cleaner is inserted in a positive or non-positive manner.
- the inflow opening 3 of the base plate 2 can thus be made larger than an inflow opening in the filter material of the vacuum cleaner bag or an annular sealing element on the inflow opening 3.
- a closure flap 4 is mounted in an articulated manner on the base plate 2 and is formed integrally with the base plate and is connected to the base plate 2 via two film hinges 5 which are spaced apart.
- the closure flap 4 can of the in the Figures 1A and 1B shown opening position are pivoted by about 180 ° in a closed position to cover the inflow opening 3 substantially and thereby to close.
- the closure flap 4 covers at least the opening area within a sealing ring or the opening in the filter material in the closed position.
- An arcuate area 7 is formed on the closure flap 4 between the two film hinges 5 and surrounds a ring 6 around the inflow opening 3 .
- the axis of rotation of the closure flap 4 can be arranged in the area of the ring 6 around the inflow opening 3 .
- the filter material of a vacuum cleaner bag can be fixed to the ring 6, for example by welding or gluing.
- the vacuum cleaner bag can be designed as a flat bag or block-bottom bag, in particular made of a single- or multi-layer non-woven material or another filter material.
- a laterally protruding guide element 8 is formed on the closure flap 4, which protrudes in the form of a web parallel to the axis of rotation of the closure flap 4 and can engage in a guide device of a vacuum cleaner.
- the locking receptacle 10 can be designed as a recess or receptacle and can have a holding element on which the guide element 8 can be locked.
- the closure flap 4 On the side opposite the film hinges 5 , the closure flap 4 has a tip 11 with a step-shaped configuration, which can be placed in a closed position on the edge around the inflow opening 3 in a form-fitting manner.
- a narrow web-shaped boom 12 is also formed, which is parallel to the base plate and the closure flap 4 level in the Figures 1A and 1B extends and has almost the same length as the closure flap 4.
- the cantilever 12 forms a stop to limit the insertion depth.
- the base plate 2 without the bracket 12 is short in the direction of insertion, for example with a length between 1 and 1.2 times the diameter of the inflow opening 3.
- a bendable web 14 is formed on opposite sides of the base plate 2 and is connected to the base plate 2 at opposite ends.
- the bendable web 14 is thus designed in the form of a bridge and is spaced apart from the base plate 2 by a slot-shaped opening 15 in a central region.
- the slit-shaped opening 15 allows a bending movement of the web 14, which can be, for example, between 1 mm and 3 mm perpendicular to the direction of insertion.
- the bendable web 14 extends over at least 50% of the length of the base plate 2 in the direction of insertion, preferably between 60% and 90% of the length.
- the base plate 2 On the side opposite the closure flap 4, the base plate 2 has a protruding grip section 13, on which the base plate 2 can be gripped when being pushed in and pulled out of a guide device.
- the handle section 13 protrudes over an edge of the base plate 2 and, due to the narrow design, can be ignored when determining the length of the base plate 2 in the direction of insertion.
- Ribs 16 are also provided on the base plate 2 on a side facing the vacuum cleaner bag, which can be inserted into oblong receptacles 17 of an adjacent base plate 2, so that the holding plate 1 can be stacked more easily when the vacuum cleaner bag is assembled.
- the elongated receptacles 17 are used to positively accommodate the ribs 16 on the opposite side of the base plate 2.
- the holding plate 1 is shown in a guide device 30 of a vacuum cleaner without the other components of the vacuum cleaner and the filter bag of the vacuum cleaner bag.
- the guide device 30 comprises a groove or a channel with a straight guide section 31 and an adjoining curved or angled guide section 33.
- the base plate 2 is positioned on the straight guide section 31, with a web 32 projecting towards the base plate 2 on one groove wall is formed, which tapers the groove and holds the base plate 2 in an essentially form-fitting manner in an operating position.
- the straight guide section 31 is followed by the curved guide section 33 which protrudes at an angle from the plane of the base plate 2 and ends in a pocket 34 .
- the curved or angled guide section 33 is oriented, for example, at an angle of between 20° and 80°, in particular 30° and 70°, to the plane of the base plate 2 .
- the closure flap 4 When the retaining plate 1 is pushed in, the closure flap 4 is arranged at the front. When the retaining plate 1 is pushed into the guide device 30 , the closure flap 4 initially remains in the plane of the base plate 2 until the laterally protruding guide element on the closure flap 4 reaches the curved guide section 33 . Then, via the guide element 8, which slides in the curved guide section 33, the closure flap 4 is pivoted about the film hinges 5 until the retaining plate 1 is arranged in an end position.
- the end position can be specified, for example, via the boom 12, which represents a stop that interacts with a counter-stop on the vacuum cleaner.
- any stop to limit the insertion depth can also be provided at another position.
- the closure flap 4 is pivoted by being pushed into the guide device 30, preferably through an angle of more than 10°, preferably between 20° and 60°. In the retracted position is the Reduced space requirement of the holding plate 1, since the closure flap 4 is adapted to the geometry of the vacuum cleaner bag.
- the vacuum cleaner preferably has a detection device which can be used to detect whether a vacuum cleaner bag with a holding plate has been inserted into the guide device.
- This detection device can be mechanical, for example, and actuated by the boom 12 or the shutter 4, so that the vacuum cleaner knows whether a vacuum cleaner bag has been inserted or not, which can, for example, trigger a lock-in blockade or other measure on the vacuum cleaner.
- the retaining plate 1 can be pulled out again by pulling on the handle section 13, whereby the closure flap 4 is again aligned parallel to the base plate 2 through the guide on the curved guide section 33 and can then be manually folded over into the closed position by the user .
- the pivotability of the closure flap 4 is smooth, since the film hinges 5 have already been moved.
- the closure flap 4 is pivotably mounted on the base plate 2 via two film hinges 5 .
- closure flap 4 does not have to be formed integrally with the base plate 2 either, but can be produced separately from the base plate 2 . Then the base plate 2 can be connected to the closure flap 4 via a hinge.
- the closure flap 4 can also be prestressed in the closing direction by a spring, so that when the retaining plate 1 is pulled out of the guide device 30, the closure flap 4 is already moved in the closing direction by the force of the spring, preferably also all the way to the closed position.
- the vacuum cleaner bag fixed to the base plate 2 can be made from a filter material as a flat bag, block-bottom bag or other bag.
- the filter bag is preferably welded to the base plate 2 and the filter material made of a single or multi-layer non-woven fabric. Other filter materials can also be used for the vacuum cleaner bag.
- the holding plate 1 can be produced as a one-piece component made of plastic.
- a flexible bridge-shaped web 14 is formed on each side. It is of course also possible to provide more than just one bendable web on one side. In addition, the webs can also have a different shape and can only be connected to the base plate 2 on one side.
- a modified holding plate for a vacuum cleaner bag which has a base plate 2 with an inflow opening 3, which can be closed via an articulated and integrally formed closure flap 4.
- the closure flap 4 is connected to the base plate 2 via two spaced film hinges 5 and has two laterally protruding guide elements 8 .
- the two bar-shaped guide elements 8 protrude from the closure flap 4 parallel to its axis of rotation and can be inserted into the figure 2 intervene illustrated guide device of a vacuum cleaner.
- a locking web 9 is provided on each guide element 8 and can optionally be locked on a locking receptacle 10 of the base plate 2 .
- engagement elements 18 are also provided on the closure flap 4 in the area of the guide elements 8 which ensure correct positioning of the retaining plate in a guide device 30 of a vacuum cleaner.
- the engagement elements 18 are bow-shaped, but can also have a different shape.
- lateral projections 19 and web-like tabs 20 are formed on the base plate 2, which are also used for the exact positioning of the holding plate in a guide device 30 of a vacuum cleaner.
- the base plate 2 has a slit-shaped opening and a flexible web 14 formed on opposite sides thereof to improve lateral guidance, as described with reference to FIG figure 2 has already been explained.
- the vacuum cleaner bag can be pulled by the handle section 13 after filling, in order then to fold the closure flap 4 manually into the closed position.
