Claims (11)
- Chaussure (1), en particulier chaussure de sport, comportant une semelle (2) et une tige (3) reliée à la semelle (2),
dans laquelle la semelle (2) est, au moins par segments, constituée d'une polyoléfine thermoplastique expansée (E-TPO), le segment (4) de la semelle (2) constitué d'une polyoléfine thermoplastique expansée (E-TPO) étant constitué d'un grand nombre de corps plastiques (5) sphériques ou ellipsoïdaux, qui sont assemblés les uns aux autres par liaison de matière, et les dimensions des corps plastiques individuels (5) dans les trois dimensions de l'espace étant comprises entre 0,5 mm et 5,0 mm,
le segment (4) constitué d'une polyoléfine thermoplastique expansée formant un insert de la semelle (2), des segments supplémentaires (7) de la semelle (2) étant constitués d'un matériau qui n'est pas une oléfine thermoplastique expansée,
le segment supplémentaire (7) de la semelle (2) qui n'est pas constitué d'une polyoléfine thermoplastique expansée étant au moins par segments constitué d'un copolymère éthylène-acétate de vinyle (EVA), d'un polyuréthanne thermoplastique expansé (E-TPU), d'un polyuréthanne thermoplastique (TPU), d'un élastomère thermoplastique (TPE), de polyamide (PA), de polyuréthanne expansé et/ou d'un matériau de type caoutchouc. - Chaussure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'assemblage par liaison de matière des corps plastiques (5) est réalisé par une opération de soudage.
- Chaussure selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que l'opération de soudage est réalisée par introduction de vapeur d'eau dans un moule sous une pression comprise entre 1,0 et 4,0 bar, de préférence entre 1,0 et 2,0 bar.
- Chaussure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'assemblage par liaison de matière des corps plastiques (5) est réalisé par une opération de collage par addition d'un adhésif.
- Chaussure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les corps plastiques (5) présentent un poids compris entre 5 mg et 10 mg.
- Chaussure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le segment (4) de la semelle (2) constitué d'une polyoléfine thermoplastique expansée présente une masse volumique comprise entre 100 et 250 g/l.
- Chaussure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que les corps plastiques (5) constitués d'une polyoléfine thermoplastique expansée présentent, avant assemblage les uns aux autres, une masse volumique comprise entre 70 et 140 g/l.
- Chaussure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le segment (4) constitué d'une polyoléfine thermoplastique expansée forme une intercalaire de la chaussure (1).
- Chaussure selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce qu'une semelle extérieure (6) est disposée en-dessous de l'intercalaire.
- Chaussure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que le segment (4) constitué d'une polyoléfine thermoplastique expansée ne s'étend pas sur toute la hauteur (H) de la semelle (2) ou de l'intercalaire.
- Chaussure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que le segment (4) constitué d'une polyoléfine thermoplastique expansée est disposé dans la zone du talon de la semelle (2).
