Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zur Abgabe eines Kosmetik-, Hygiene-, Duft- oder Pflegeproduktes, das in Form von Kügelchen vorliegt,
wobei die Vorrichtung einen einen Speicher bildenden Hauptkörper (1) enthält, wobei der Hauptkörper (1) eine längliche Form hat und ein erstes Ende mit einem geschlossenen Boden (11) und ein zweites, dem ersten Ende gegenüberliegendes offenes Ende aufweist, sowie• eine Mittelachse (5), die sich in Längsrichtung im Hauptkörper erstreckt,• eine schraubenförmige Rampe (3) mit einer um die Mittelachse gewundenen Bahn (31), wobei die Mittelachse (5) relativ zu der schraubenförmigen Rampe drehbar ist,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie enthält:• einen Schieber (4), der in die schraubenförmige Rampe eingefügt ist, wobei der Schieber (4) drehfest und entlang der Mittelachse verschiebbar mit der Mittelachse (5) verbunden ist, so dass eine relative Drehung der Mittelachse (5) bezüglich der schraubenförmigen Rampe (3) eine Verlagerung des Schiebers (4) entlang der Bahn (31) der schraubenförmigen Rampe (3) bewirkt, und• ein Betätigungsglied, das im Bereich des zweiten Endes des Hauptkörpers angebracht ist und mit dem die relative Drehung der Mittelachse (5) bezüglich der schraubenförmigen Rampe (3) hervorgerufen werden kann. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
wobei die schraubenförmige Rampe (3) bezüglich des Hauptkörpers (1) drehfest angebracht ist. - Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, ferner enthaltend einen Indexierungsmechanismus (6), der so ausgelegt ist, dass eine Betätigung des Betätigungsglieds die Drehung der Mittelachse (5) relativ zur schraubenförmigen Rampe (3) um einen vordefinierten Winkel bewirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
wobei das Betätigungsglied einen Drucktaster (2) enthält, der zwischen einer losgelassenen Position und einer niedergedrückten Position beweglich ist, wobei die Vorrichtung ferner eine Rückstellfeder enthält, die dazu geneigt ist, den Drucktaster (2) in die losgelassene Position zurückzubringen, wobei der Indexierungsmechanismus (6) ferner ein Steuerkurvensystem enthält, das ein Niederdrücken, gefolgt von einem Loslassen des Drucktasters (2), in die Drehung der Mittelachse um den vordefinierten Winkel umwandelt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
wobei der Drucktaster (2) mit der Mittelachse verbunden ist, wobei die Feder eine Druckfeder (7) ist, die zwischen dem Boden (11) des Hauptkörpers (1) und einer Auflagerebene der Mittelachse angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 und einem der Ansprüche 4 und 5,
wobei der Indexierungsmechanismus (6) einen ersten Zahnkranz (61) enthält, der einem zweiten Zahnkranz (62) gegenüberliegt, wobei der erste und der zweite Zahnkranz (61, 62) starr mit der Mittelachse (5) verbunden sind, wobei die Vorrichtung ferner mindestens einen Zapfen (12) enthält, der starr mit dem Hauptkörper (1) verbunden und zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Zahnkranz eingefügt ist,
wobei der erste und der zweite Zahnkranz eine Steuerkurve für den mindestens einen Zapfen (12) bilden, für den sie einen Umfangspfad definieren,
wobei ein Niederdrücken, gefolgt von einem Loslassen des Drucktasters (2), die Fortbewegung des Zapfens (12) auf dem Pfad durch Drehung des ersten und des zweiten Zahnkranzes (61, 62) und in Folge der Mittelachse (5) bewirkt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
wobei der erste und der zweite Zahnkranz (61, 62) so ausgelegt sind, dass der Drucktaster (2) eine stabile Zwischenposition einnimmt und dass der Drucktaster (2) bei Betätigung aus der Zwischenposition heraus nacheinander einnimmt:- nach einem ersten Niederdrücken des Drucktasters (2), die niedergedrückte, instabile Position,- nach einem ersten Loslassen des Drucktasters (2), die losgelassene, stabile Position;- nach einem zweiten Niederdrücken des Drucktaster (2), die niedergedrückte, instabile Position,- nach einem zweiten Loslassen des Drucktasters (2), die stabile Zwischenposition. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7,
wobei der Drucktaster (2) eine Ausgabeöffnung (21) aufweist und die Vorrichtung ferner eine Klappe (8) aufweist, die die Ausgabeöffnung (21) verschließt, außer in der losgelassenen Position des Drucktasters (2), in der die Ausgabeöffnung (21) freigelegt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittelachse (5) eine gerade prismatische Form hat, wobei der Schieber (4) einen Ring (42) mit einer inneren Form aufweist, die einem Spiel nahe einer Grundfläche des die Mittelachse definierenden Prismas entspricht, so dass er frei entlang der Mittelachse (5) gleiten kann. - Anordnung mit einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche und mit auf der Bahn (31) der schraubenförmigen Rampe gespeicherten Kügelchen eines Kosmetik-, Hygiene-, Duft- oder Pflegeprodukts, wobei die Steigung (P) der schraubenförmigen Rampe (3) und die Breite (L) ihrer Bahn (31) jeweils größer als der Durchmesser eines Kügelchens, aber kleiner als der zweifache Durchmesser eines Kügelchens ist, so dass sich die Kügelchen auf der Bahn (31) der schraubenförmigen Rampe hintereinanderliegend positionieren.
