Definitions

  • furniture which has a drawer which is movable relative to a body, with a drawer front component being attached to the drawer side parts via a drawer front connecting device.
  • the drawer front can preferably be detachably or interchangeably attached to the two drawer side parts.
  • Previous drawer front connecting devices are also complicated to manufacture or have a multi-part structure and require a comparatively large amount of free space on the two drawer side parts, so that satisfactory solutions are not available for all drawer designs. From the WO 2012/068599 A1 An example of such a drawer front connecting device is known.
  • the object of the present invention is to provide an improved drawer front connecting device of the type described in the introduction, in particular with regard to economically advantageous production and an easier assembly situation when assembling a drawer front for differently designed drawer side parts.
  • the invention is based on a drawer front connecting device for connecting a drawer front to a drawer side part, comprising a front connector that can be attached to the drawer side part and a hanging component that can be attached to the drawer front, wherein the hanging component can be fixed to the front connector in order to ensure a connection state of the drawer front with the drawer side part to set up.
  • the hanging component and the front connector can preferably be detachably plugged together, which is advantageously done without tools.
  • a drawer usually comprises two drawer side parts of the same type, two drawer side parts or a left and a right drawer side part are assumed for the assembly of the drawer front.
  • the drawer front can therefore be connected to the two drawer side parts or to the remaining part of the drawer via two identical or corresponding drawer front connecting devices. Accordingly, two hanging components are attached to the drawer front, which belong to the two or the left-hand and right-hand drawer front connecting devices.
  • the front connector is coordinated so that it is preferably recessed in a front area of the drawer side part to a point specified by the side part front edges front level can be accommodated.
  • the front connector and the hanging component preferably each consist of a metal material or are preferably each designed as a sheet metal component. This is compared to e.g. B. Cast part formed component advantageous.
  • the front connector is designed in particular for attachment to a drawer side part designed as a hollow chamber frame or made of a bent sheet metal component.
  • the front connector and the hanging component preferably have an at least approximately the same height, for example a height of approximately 50 millimeters. This means that drawer fronts with a comparatively low height of less than e.g. B. 15-20 centimeters operable.
  • a width of the hanging component is, for example, approximately 15 to 20 millimeters and the width of the front connector is only a few millimeters less, e.g. B. between 12 and 17 millimeters.
  • the hanging component flanks are spaced apart at an angle to a base surface of the hanging component in the width direction or are formed opposite one another thereon.
  • the flanks protrude from the base area in a direction towards the front connector.
  • the front connector has an upper ramp and a lower ramp, the ramps being spaced apart from one another in a height direction of the front connector, the upper ramp comprising an upper elongated support surface and the lower ramp comprising a lower elongated support surface, so that in a final assembly state of the hanging component on the front connector, the upper support surface serves to support an upper support section on the hanging component and the lower support surface serves to support a lower support section on the hanging component, wherein for connecting the drawer front to the drawer side part, the upper support section along the upper Ramp is movable sliding downwards and the lower support section is movable sliding downwards along the lower ramp until the final assembly state of the hanging component on the front connector is reached, with a hanging contour on the front connector in the area of the lower ramp and with a raised section on the hanging component in the area of the lower support section, so that in a pre-assembly position the hanging component is self-retaining suspended on the front connector in such a way that the lower support section and the elevation section are
  • both the lower support section and the elevation section preferably come into contact with the suspension contour in a supporting manner.
  • the elevation section is preferably coordinated so that precise positioning of the hanging component and front connector is achieved, particularly laterally or in the width direction of the drawer front.
  • a section of the elevation section is guided along a counter section on the hanging contour, e.g. B. in the millimeter range until the exact position or necessary for the pre-assembly position Drawer front is reached on the drawer side parts.
  • the elevation section and the hanging contour are also designed for this purpose and additionally for the self-holding support of the drawer front on the drawer side parts in the exact pre-assembly position then achieved.
  • the pre-assembly position enables statically determined storage or support of the drawer front on the drawer side parts. It is advantageous that the drawer front's own weight ensures a high level of stability for the hanging connection. Advantageously, no additional application of force or clamping in the mechanism is required to stabilize or secure the pre-assembly position.
  • the drawer front is supported in several places on the remaining parts of the drawer.
  • support is provided via the hanging component attached to the drawer front, in that the lower support section and the elevation section with the hanging contour rest on the front connector, and on the other hand, by a section of the inside of the drawer front, the section being below the hanging component, on a counter section , preferably on a front edge of the drawer side part to which the front connector is attached. This prevents the drawer front from sliding downwards and/or tipping away.
  • the hanging component In the pre-assembly position, the hanging component remains stationary and thus the drawer front on the drawer side parts with the respective front connector.
  • the drawer front is aligned obliquely to the vertically aligned front connector or to the vertical end face of the drawer side parts.
  • spatially slanted Drawer front is the upper part of the drawer front or the upper support section away from the upper ramp.
  • the self-holding rest position of the drawer front in the pre-assembly position is based in particular on the effect of gravity or the weight of the drawer front acting on the hanging component.
  • the counterforces or moments are provided on the furniture or the furniture body that is firmly on the floor.
  • the front connector preferably has at least two parallel-aligned and interconnected connector plates that are spaced apart from one another in a width direction of the front connector.
  • the connector plates are preferably symmetrical, in particular mirror-symmetrical to a mirror plane between the two connector plates.
  • the two connector plates of the front connector are preferably firmly connected to one another, for example by a rivet or a clinch connection, or screwed or welded together.
  • the hanging contour has a contour section which is designed to match the hanging component in such a way that, starting from the pre-assembly position, the hanging component can be moved with its upper end towards the front connector, up to a contact of the upper support section with the front connector lower support section is secured against sliding downwards along the lower ramp by the lower support section and / or the elevation section resting on the contour section of the hanging contour.
  • This makes assembly easier.
  • the security is preferably maintained at least until the upper support section reaches the upper ramp.
  • the contour section forms a bearing or a pivot bearing for the hanging component on the front connector for a relative movement of the hanging component on the front connector, and thus for the drawer front on the remaining drawer in relation to the pre-assembly position.
  • the fitter can after hanging the Drawer front on the two drawer side parts, i.e. in the pre-assembly position, release the drawer front, whereby it rests stably, which is particularly advantageous for a comparatively heavy drawer front.
  • the drawer front remains diagonally aligned and supported on the rest of the drawer.
  • the drawer front is usually mounted when the drawer is attached to a furniture body using rail guides.
  • the lower support section and/or the elevation section are supported in such a way that the lower support section cannot slide down the lower ramp. It is advantageous that the lower support section is already positioned directly adjacent or close to the lower ramp. All that remains is to reach a release state in which the downward sliding then takes place automatically. All that is required for this is a comparatively small adjustment movement of the drawer front, e.g. a pivoting and/or lifting movement of the drawer front, until the position in the release state is reached, so that the hanging component with the lower support section comes out of the support position on the contour section and, upon reaching the Release state can slide down along the lower ramp. Simultaneously with the release state of the lower support section, the upper support section comes to the point of the upper ramp at which the upper support section slides down along the upper ramp. The sliding occurs automatically or with weight support without any action on the part of the fitter.
  • the hanging contour prefferably has a contour section, the contour section being located in front of the lower ramp, based on an insertion direction of the lower support section on the lower ramp.
  • the upstream contour section preferably has differently spatially aligned sections.
  • the contour section in particular has a section on which the lower support section rests in a downwardly supported manner in the pre-assembly position and/or a vertical section, e.g. B. a vertically aligned, front section on the front connector, on which the elevation section rests in only a horizontal direction. With the raised section, the drawer front is secured against pivoting downwards or away from the drawer side parts.
  • the elevation section is supported on the upstream contour section or the elevation section comes into contact with the suspension component on the upstream contour section.
  • the hanging contour or the contour section provides a two-point support for the lower support section on the one hand and the elevation section on the other.
  • the upstream contour section preferably comprises a portion of a front, in particular upright or vertical, end or narrow side of the front connector or the at least one connector plate of the front connector. This part of the contour section is preferably followed by a further part of the contour section, which runs inwards from the end face and extends to the beginning of the lower ramp.
  • the hanging contour has a contour section which is provided with a recess which serves to support the lower support section in the pre-assembly position.
  • the recess promotes the achievement of the correct position of the lower support section on the contour section in the pre-assembly position and makes it more difficult for the lower support section to move out of this position inadvertently because resistance due to the recess must be overcome.
  • the contour section serves to support the lower support section on the underside and to support the elevation section.
  • the contour section is located in front of the lower ramp, in the insertion direction when approaching of the lower support section to the lower ramp.
  • the lower ramp preferably adjoins the contour section directly in the insertion direction, and the lower ramp preferably adjoins the recess directly. As soon as the lower support section leaves the recess in the insertion direction, the lower support section can slide down along the lower ramp.
  • the contour section is designed in particular as a depression that is open at the top to adjacent areas.
  • the recess is preferably tailored to the outer shape or size of the lower support section.
  • the depression is, for example, concave or z.
  • the contour section is matched to the lower support section in such a way that in the pre-assembly position, in which the lower support section is supported on the contour section or the recess, a pivot or rotation bearing of the lower support section is set up on the front connector.
  • the pivot bearing With the pivot bearing, the hanging component and thus the drawer front, starting from the pre-assembly position, can be pivoted with its upper part spaced from the drawer side parts in the direction of the front connector or towards the front end of the two drawer side parts.
  • This means that the respective upper support section of the hanging components comes into contact with the upper ramp of the associated front connector on the respective drawer side part.
  • the upper and thus also the lower support section can then slide down on the respective associated ramp until the final assembly state of the drawer front on the drawer is reached.
  • the contour section is preferably designed to match the lower support section and the elevation section so that when the drawer front is swiveled in, the elevation section causes the hanging component to be moved upwards and thus the entire drawer front to move slightly is raised at the top, for example in the millimeter range. This is done to such an extent that the upper support section reaches the beginning of the upper ramp or, if necessary, comes into contact with an approach slope, which continues the upper support section upwards until it reaches the upper ramp.
  • the hanging contour has a contour section with a leading edge of the front connector, the leading edge extending in a width direction of the front connector.
  • the guide edge which is formed, for example, by a component edge of the front connector, is preferably present between a region of the hanging contour, which is in front of the lower ramp, and a vertical end face of the front connector.
  • the leading edge is preferably a front edge on the front connector. In the area of the leading edge, the survey section is supported in the presentation position. From there, the elevation section moves tangentially upwards, while the hanging component is pivoted to the front connector or the drawer front to the drawer side parts.
  • the pivot bearing includes the lower support section on the suspension contour.
  • the drawer front When pivoted upwards, the drawer front is raised relative to the front connector or the drawer side parts, in accordance with the upward movement of the elevation section on the guide edge.
  • the suspension contour is coordinated so that the elevation section is raised to such an extent that the maximum elevation is determined when the leading edge is reached.
  • the elevation section can move inwards towards the lower ramp. This means that the lower support section slides diagonally downwards on the lower ramp and at the same time or identically the upper support section slides along the upper ramp, since the upper support section also reaches the top or frontmost point of the upper ramp. From this moment onwards, the downward sliding occurs automatically, with the drawer front reaching the final assembly position at the end of the sliding movement. This is specified by: the inside of the drawer front abuts the front sides of the drawer side parts.
  • the extent of the leading edge is preferably predetermined by a width dimension of the front connector. If the front connector comprises two connector plates, a guide edge for the elevation section is preferably present on each connector plate in accordance with the width of the connector plate, with an associated elevation section belonging to each connector plate or to each leading edge of the respective connector plate. Then the survey section preferably also includes two survey sections.
  • a run-up slope is positioned in front of the upper ramp to guide the upper support section in the direction of the upper ramp.
  • the inclination of the run-up slope in the direction of progression is oriented at an angle to the inclination of the upper ramp. This means that at the end of the swiveling movement, the drawer front is guided out of the hanging or pre-assembly position in a precisely supported manner and at the same time moved upwards to an upper end of the upper ramp.
  • the approach slope leads to the beginning of the upper ramp, with an incline in the opposite direction to the incline of the ramp.
  • the ramp and the ramp form an angular shape or a saddle roof shape, with the ramp forming one side of the roof and the ramp forming the other side of the roof, up to a highest point or up to an apex line in the contact area of the ramp with the ramp.
  • the upper support section slides slightly up along the ramp up to the apex line and then automatically slides or slides down along the upper ramp.
  • the lower support section also slides downwards along the lower ramp until it reaches the final assembly position of the hanging component on the front connector or the drawer front on the remaining part of the drawer.
  • the suspension contour advantageously has a first contour section and a second contour section, the first contour section serving to support the lower support section in the pre-assembly position and the second contour section serving to support the elevation section in the pre-assembly position, the first and second contour sections being spatially aligned differently .
  • the second contour section is preferably designed as a guide edge, the length of which extends in the width direction of the front connector.
  • the first contour section can be used to provide a first stop against movement in a first stop direction and the second contour section can be used to provide a second stop against movement in a second stop direction.
  • the lower support section is supported in the height direction of the front connector or downwards on the first contour section and the elevation section is supported in a depth direction of the front connector or horizontally towards the front of the front connector.
  • the first and second contour sections are present, for example, contiguously or adjacently. Both contour sections are preferably formed by a narrow side of the front connector, or in the case of two connector plates by a part of the respective narrow or front side.
  • the suspension contour has a first contour section and a second contour section, the first contour section serving to support the lower support section in the pre-assembly position and the second contour section serving to support the elevation section in the pre-assembly position, the first and second contour sections being in the depth direction of the front connector are spaced apart.
  • the second The contour section is preferably designed as a guide edge, the length of which extends in the width direction of the front connector.
  • the suspended drawer front is supported on the remaining drawer on the left side of the drawer via a two-point bearing and is supported in the same way or identically on the right side of the drawer via another two-point bearing.
  • the first and second contour sections are offset from one another in the depth direction of the front connector and in the width direction of the front connector.
  • the hanging contour is designed in such a way that in the pre-assembly position the hanging component is supported on the front connector via contact with the lower support section and via contact with the elevation section and via contact with a further component section of the hanging component.
  • the further component section on the hanging component is advantageously an edge of the hanging component that runs in the width direction of the hanging component, e.g. B. a lower edge of the hanging component.
  • the support is thus provided in the form of a triple or three-point support.
  • the third or further contact can be set up during assembly by contacting the drawer front on the respective drawer side parts.
  • the elevation section comprises two elevation sections that are separated by a distance in the width direction of the hanging component. This makes the pre-assembly or hanging position of the drawer front even easier and more stable to set up.
  • the two elevation sections are designed on the inside of opposite side flanks of the hanging component, preferably aligned with one another. It is also advantageous if the two elevation sections each have a flat or blunt end face.

  • the two upper narrow sides 33a, 33b form a two-track support 39 for the upper support section 37 of the hanging component 25 and the two lower narrow sides 34a and 34b form a two-track support 40 for the lower support section 38 of the hanging component 25.
  • the support sections 37 and 38 are preferably similar or identical.
  • the support sections 37, 38 are preferably formed as pin-like or elongated components, here for example as a pin or bolt with a concave or cylindrical outer shape.
  • Other forms such as B. a polygonal external shape of the support sections 37, 38 are possible.
  • the upper support section 37 slides obliquely downwards along the two upper narrow sides 33a, 33b of the support 39 in the sliding direction R (see Fig. Fig. 10 ).
  • the lower support section 38 slides along the two lower narrow sides 34a, 34b of the support 40 when connecting the drawer front 15 to the drawer side parts 17, 18 obliquely downwards in the sliding direction R or slightly in the depth direction T and downwards in the opposite direction Height direction H.
  • the sliding movement is supported by the weight of the drawer front 15.
  • the drawer front 15 with the hanging components 25 attached to it is inclined at an angle to the vertical, which runs parallel to the height direction H, with the lower area of the drawer front 15 in front of the drawer side parts 17, 18 with the front connectors 22 present thereon.
  • the lower support section 38 in the area of the lower ramp 34 is attached to the hanging contour 50 with the contour section 51 (see Fig. Fig. 5 ) in the vicinity of the lower ramp 34 on the front connector 22.
  • the upper support section 37 is further away from the upper ramp 33 due to the oblique orientation of the drawer front 15 (see Fig. Fig. 6 ).
  • the lower ramp 34 is formed by a slot-shaped cutout 52 in the connector plates 26 and 27. This means that the lower ramp 34 is open to the front 35 of the front connector 22, so that the lower support section 38 can be threaded into the laterally aligned cutouts 52.
  • the drawer front 15 comes into contact with the lower end region of the inside 15a in the area of a front lower edge 17b of the drawer side part 17 (see Fig. Fig. 7 ).
  • the drawer front 15 is then slightly lowered, counter to the height direction H.
  • the support section 38 sits in the recess 54. This promotes correct spatial alignment of the drawer front 15 on the drawer side parts 17, 18.
  • the support section 38 is in particular aligned so that the longitudinal axis of the support section 38 runs horizontally.
  • the lower support section 38 comes in the direction of a further lowering or moving of the drawer front 15 End 53 of the lower ramp 34 in supporting contact with a recess 54 of the hanging contour 50 in front of the lower ramp 34.
  • the recess 54 is formed, for example, by a trough-like dent, preferably on the respective narrow side of the two connector plates 26, 27.
  • the elevation sections 56, 57 come into contact with the guide edge 61 or slightly below on a support surface of the contour section 51 of the hanging contour 50.
  • the drawer front 15 is thus supported in a self-holding rest position or in a pre-assembly position of the drawer front 15 on the drawer side parts 17, 18.
  • the lower support section 38 and the two elevation sections 56, 57 come into supporting contact with the front connector 22 and the inside 15a of the drawer front 15 come into supporting contact with the drawer side parts 17, 18.
  • the drawer front 15 therefore does not have to be supported from the outside or in the pre-assembly position . be held by a technician.
  • the drawer front 15 is then pivoted in the direction R3 or into the vertical orientation by pressing against a front side of the drawer front 15 with a force F (see Fig. Fig. 9 ).
  • the pivoting movement in the direction R3 takes place about a pivot axis S, which is predetermined by the contact of the lower support section 38 on or in the area of the recess 54, with the course of the pivoting of the drawer front 15 in the direction R3 shifting the contact point slightly and the lower one Support section 38 moves out of the recess towards the lower ramp 34, which in Fig. 8 and Fig. 9 is visible.
  • Fig. 8 shows the moment of transition of the support section 38 from the recess 38 to the ramp 34.
  • the two elevation sections 56, 57 resting on the guide edge 61 are guided tangentially or above around the guide edge 61, whereby this is a causes the drawer front 15 to be raised slightly upwards or in the height direction H.
  • the inside 15a of the drawer front 15 remains in contact with the end face of the drawer side parts 17 and 18.
  • the lower support section 38 When leaving the recess 54, the lower support section 38 hits the nose-like projection 29b of the spring-loaded locking element 29, the projection 29b protruding into the cutout 52. Under the weight of the drawer front 15, the projection 29b is pushed away from the lower support section 38 against the spring force of the spring 28, so that the lower support section 38 can slide obliquely downwards along or on the lower ramp 34 in the sliding direction R. After the guided movement, the upper support section 38 reaches the upper ramp 33 obliquely upwards along the ramp 58 and slides along or on the upper ramp 33 obliquely downwards in the sliding direction R.
  • the two upper narrow sides 33a, 33b of the upper ramp 33 a two-track upper support surface or a two-track guideway for the upper support section 37.
  • the elevation sections 56, 57 have reached beyond the guide edge 61 and are in contact with the hanging contour 50 in the area of the cutout 52.
  • the drawer front 15 is given an oblique downward movement.
  • the sliding movement occurs automatically by the weight of the drawer front 15 and/or supported by the fitter.
  • the lower support section 38 slides on the lower ramp 34 or on the two lower narrow sides 34a, 34b, which also provide a two-track lower support surface or two-track guideway for the lower support section 38.
  • the connecting movement of the hanging components 25 relative to the front connectors 22 and thus the drawer front 15 in the direction of the end faces of the two drawer side parts 17, 18 is not limited by a stop acting, for example, on the upper support section 37 and / or, for example, the lower support section 38, which in particular Fig. 11 clarifies that in the sliding direction R of the upper support section 37 and the lower support section 38 behind the support sections 37 and 38 the associated ramp 33 and 34 extends somewhat further or the respective upper narrow sides 33a, 33b and the respective lower narrow sides 34a, 34b. Rather, the aforementioned sliding or connecting movement is mechanically limited in that the inside 15a of the drawer front 15 rests on the respective narrow strip-shaped end face of the drawer side parts 17 and 18.
  • the narrow front end face of the drawer side part 17 and the narrow front end face of the drawer side part 18 lie in adjacent parallel spatial planes.
  • a locking device is set up with the locking element 29 or with the projection 29b to secure the drawer front 15 on the drawer side parts 17, 18.
  • the projection 29b of the locking element 29 comes into contact with the lower support section 38 on one side or on the back in a resilient manner with the force of the spring 28 System, so that the lower support section 38 cannot be unintentionally moved upwards along the ramp 34 or is secured, i.e. secured against movement in the opposite direction to the slip direction R.
  • the run-up slope 58 is two-lane and includes a first run-up track 59 and a second run-up track 60.
  • the first run-up track 59 is formed by a section of the narrow side of the first connector plate 26 and the second run-up track 60 is formed by a section of the narrow side of the second connector plate 27.
  • the inclination of the approach track 59 is identical to the inclination of the approach track 60 and opposite to the inclination of the upper ramp 33.
  • the drawer front 15 When the drawer front 15 is pivoted towards the drawer side parts 17, 18, it is possible for the upper support section 37 to first reach the ramp 58 and then, as the drawer front 15 is pivoted further, to be guided obliquely upwards along the ramp 58. At the same time, the drawer front 15 remains supported at the bottom on the contour section 50, which is done via the lower support section 38 and the two elevation sections 56 and 57.
