Claims (11)

  1. Élément de sécurité (1) pour des titres ou des papiers de sécurité, dans lequel l'élément de sécurité (1) présente un gaufrage (2) avec des structures de gaufrage diffractives (3), dans lequel les structures de gaufrage (2) sont revêtues au moins partiellement avec une couche (4) formant une image partielle, métallique et de type mosaïque, dans lequel, par couche partielle, on entend une couche qui est interrompue et qui n'existe donc que partiellement en tant que couche fermée,
    caractérisé en ce que l'image de type mosaïque est constituée d'éléments d'image (6) qui sont de tailles et de formes différentes, dans lequel un élément d'image (6) est constitué d'une surface continue de la couche (4) formant l'image de type mosaïque et dans lequel, entre deux éléments d'image, la couche (4) formant l'image de type mosaïque est interrompue,
    et en ce que des éléments d'image (6) de différentes tailles correspondent à différentes mosaïques de l'image de type mosaïque.
  2. Élément de sécurité selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les structures de gaufrage (3) sont conçues comme des structures de gaufrage achromatiques.
  3. Élément de sécurité selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les structures de gaufrage (3) forment un relief adapté à l'image de type mosaïque.
  4. Élément de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les structures de gaufrage (3) forment un relief plat.
  5. Élément de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les structures de gaufrage (3) sont translucides.
  6. Élément de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un film de support (5) en matière plastique, plus particulièrement en matière plastique translucide.
  7. Élément de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le film de support (5) et/ou les structures de gaufrage (3) sont constitués d'un ou plusieurs matériaux sélectionnés dans le groupe : polyimide (PI), polypropylène (PP), polypropylène orienté monoaxialement (MOPP), polypropylène orienté biaxialement (BOPP), polyéthylène (PE), sulfure de polyphéylène (PPS), polyétheréthercétone (PEEK), polyéthercétone (PEK), polyéthylèneimide (PEI), polysulfone (PSU), polyaryléthercétone (PAEK), polyéthylène naphtalate (PEN), polymères à cristaux liquides (LCP), polyester, polybutylène téréphtalate (PBT), polyéthylène téréphthalate (PET), polyamide (PA), polycarbonate (PC), copolymères de cyclooléfine (COC), polyoxyméthylène (POM), acrylonitrile butadiène styrène (ABS), polychlorure de vinyle (PVC), éthylène-tétrafluoréthylène (ETFE), polytétrafluoroéthylène (PTFE), polyfluorure de vinyle (PVF), polyfluorure de polyvinylidène (PVDF) et/ou terpolymère d'éthyléne-tétrafluoroéthylène-hexafluoropropylène-fluor (EFEP).
  8. Élément de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la couche (4) formant l'image de type mosaïque est constituée d'au moins un matériau métallique sélectionné dans le groupe : aluminium, argent, cuivre, or, platine, niobium, étain ou nickel, titane, vanadium, chrome, cobalt et palladium ou des alliages de ces matériaux, plus particulièrement des alliages cobalt-nickel, ou d'au moins un matériau diélectrique à haut indice de réfraction, avec un indice de réfraction supérieur à 1,65, plus particulièrement sélectionné dans le groupe : sulfure de zinc (ZnS), oxyde de zinc (ZnO), dioxyde de titane (TiO2), carbone (C), oxyde d'indium (In2O3), oxyde d'indium-étain (ITO), pentoxyde de tantale (Ta2O5), oxyde de cérium (CeO2), oxyde d'yttrium (Y2O3), oxyde d'europium (Eu2O3), oxydes de fer, par exemple (II)fer(III)oxyde (Fe3O4) et oxyde de fer (Fe2O3), nitrure dehafnium (HfN), carbure dehafnium (HfC), oxyde de hafnium (HfO2), oxyde de lanthane (La2O3), oxyde de magnésium (MgO), oxyde de néodyme (Nd2O3), oxyde de praséodyme (Pr6O11), oxyde de samarium (Sm2O3), trioxyde d'antimoine (Sb2O3), carbure de silicium (SiC), nitrure de silicium (Si3N4), monoxyde de silicium (SiO), trioxyde de sélénium (Se2O3), oxyde d'étain (SnO2), trioxyde de tungstène (WO3), monomètre organiques à haut indice de réfraction ou couches d'oxydes métalliques, par exemple de l'oxyde d'aluminium non stœchiométrique, des oxydes de cuivre, ou des oxydes de chrome et/ou d'au moins un matériau métallique par mi des encres d'impression ou des peintures avec des pigments métalliques, plus particulièrement sélectionné dans le groupe : aluminium, argent, cuivre, or, platine, niobium, étain, ou nickel, titane, vanadium, chrome, cobalt et palladium ou des éllaiges de ces matériaux, plus particulièrement des alliages cobalt-nickel.
  9. Élément de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les zones (7) interrompant la couche (4) formant l'image de type mosaïque sont formées par démétallisation.
  10. Élément de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le film de support (5) présente une épaisseur entre 5 et 700 µm, de préférence entre 5 et 200 µm, plus particulièrement de préférence entre 5 et 125 µm, plus particulièrement entre 10 et 75 µm.
  11. Élément de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'une épaisseur de couche de la couche (4) formant l'image de type mosaïque est identique dans toutes les zones non évidées de la couche (4).
