Claims (16)
- Un appareil (10) pour appliquer une force à un composant métallique dans un moule de coulée (12), l'appareil (10) comprenant :- un arrangement d'entraînement (14, 14') au moins en partie mobile dans une direction d'entraînement (D) ; et- un arrangement de pressage (16, 16') au moins en partie mobile dans une direction de pressage (S) pour appliquer la force au composant métallique dans le moule de coulée (12) ;l'appareil (10) étant configuré de manière à ce qu'une force puisse être transférée mécaniquement de l'arrangement d'entraînement (14, 14') à l'arrangement de pressage (16, 16') par l'intermédiaire d'un mécanisme de déviation de force (20, 20') ;le mécanisme de déviation de force (20, 20') étant basé sur un mécanisme de cale et transférant directement un mouvement de translation de l'arrangement d'entraînement (14, 14') dans la direction d'entraînement (D) en un mouvement de translation de l'arrangement de pressage (16, 16') dans la direction de pressage (S), et l'arrangement d'entraînement (14, 14') et/ou l'arrangement de pressage (16, 16') comprenant un élément de cale (40, 40') fournissant une surface de cale (48, 48').

- L'appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, l'arrangement de pressage (16, 16') ou l'arrangement d'entraînement (14, 14') comprenant un élément de cale (40, 40') fournissant une surface de cale (48, 48') et l'autre arrangement respectif de l'arrangement d'entraînement (14, 14') et l'arrangement de pressage (16, 16') comprenant un déplaceur (26, 26') coopérant avec l'élément de cale (40, 40').
- L'appareil selon la revendication 5, le déplaceur (26, 26') comprenant un élément de pivot (28, 28') qui est rotatif autour d'un axe (A) de l'élément de pivot (28, 28') et vienne en butée contre l'élément de cale (40, 40').
- L'appareil selon la revendication 5 ou 6, le déplaceur (26) comprenant une section (30) en forme d'étrier, en particulier en forme de U, de manière à englober l'élément de cale (40).
- L'appareil selon les revendications 6 et 7, la section en forme d'étrier (30) du déplaceur (26, 26') fournissant des bras pour englober l'élément de cale (40, 40') et pour maintenir l'élément de pivot (28, 28'), de sorte que l'élément de pivot (28, 28') se déplace en translation conjointement avec le déplaceur (26, 26'), mais est libre de tourner autour de son axe.
- L'appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, la surface de cale (48, 48') présentant une inclinaison avec un angle par rapport à la direction d'entraînement (D) d'au moins 10° et/ou d'au plus 40°.
- L'appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, l'appareil comprenant des moyens (50a, 50b) pour lubrifier le mécanisme de déviation de force (20, 20').
- L'appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, l'arrangement de pressage (16, 16') comprenant :- une ou plusieurs tiges de pressage (44) ; et/ou- un embrayage (42).
- L'appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, l'arrangement d'entraînement (14, 14') comprenant :- un cylindre (22) ; et/ou- un piston ; et/ou- une tige de piston (24).
- L'appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, l'appareil comprenant en outre le moule de coulée (12).
- Un procédé pour appliquer une force à un composant métallique dans un moule de coulée, le procédé comprenant :- le déplacement, au moins en partie, d'un arrangement d'entraînement dans une direction d'entraînement ;- ainsi le transfert mécaniquement d'une force de l'arrangement d'entraînement à un arrangement de pressage par l'intermédiaire d'un mécanisme de déviation de force, le mécanisme de déviation de force étant basé sur un mécanisme de cale et transférant directement un mouvement de translation de l'arrangement d'entraînement (14, 14') dans la direction d'entraînement (D) en un mouvement de translation de l'arrangement de pressage (16, 16') dans la direction de pressage (S), et l'arrangement d'entraînement (14, 14') et/ou l'arrangement de pressage (16, 16') comprenant un élément de cale (40, 40') fournissant une surface de cale (48, 48') ; et- ainsi le déplacement, au moins en partie, de l'arrangement de pressage dans une direction de pressage pour appliquer la force au composant métallique.
- Le procédé selon la revendication 14, le procédé étant un procédé de moulage sous pression ou de moulage sous haute pression (HPDC).
- Utilisation d'un appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13 pour appliquer une force à un composant métallique, en particulier un bloc-cylindres de moteur, dans un moule de coulée, en particulier pour presser une zone d'appui du bloc-cylindres de moteur.
