  • Clip-on connections or other types of suitable fastening may also be used for attaching the cap 45 to the barrel 3. Alternatively, in other embodiments the cap 45 may attach to the nozzle 5 rather than to the barrel 3.
  • the cap 45 has an internal sealing member that comprises a circular wall 51 that extends axially inwardly from an inner surface of closed end 53 of the cap 45 and which locates about or adjacent distal end 36 of the standoff member 13.

  • the user moves the marking instrument 1 over the surface 2, including making cross-strokes and down-strokes so that the dispensed solution, which is preferably heavily pigmented, forms markings on the surface e.g. writing and drawings.

  • the offset member 13 largely overcomes the problem of inconsistent line uniformity when making the markings on the surface because it sets a distance "d" between the nozzle outlet and the writing surface so that the nozzle outlet never inadvertently hits the surface and results in clumping of dispensed hygiene solution.
  • a marking instrument may be conveniently used to make markings on the surface of a toilet bowl in the manner of writing or drawing.
  • the hygiene solution that is deposited assists in cleansing the toilet bowl as flush water flows over it during flushing so that it partially dissolves across the surface and into the bowl.

Claims (15)

  1. Un instrument de marquage pour l'hygiène de toilettes comprenant :
    un corps tubulaire (3) déformable à la main contenant une solution d'hygiène fluide (10) ; et
    une buse (5) traversée par un conduit (9) se terminant par une sortie de buse (11) pour diriger la solution d'hygiène fluide (10) sur une surface (20), le conduit (9) étant en communication avec une sortie (7) du corps tubulaire (3) déformable à la main ;
    un élément d'écartement (13) s'étendant sur une distance (d) au-delà de la sortie de buse (11) ;
    caractérisé par :
    un certain nombre de rayons (37) s'étendant radialement vers l'intérieur depuis une paroi latérale (22) du conduit (9) jusqu'à l'élément d'écartement (13) afin de maintenir une partie proximale (35) de l'élément d'écartement (13) à l'intérieur du conduit (19) ;
    en cours d'utilisation, l'élément d'écartement (13) est amené contre la surface (20) sur laquelle la solution d'hygiène fluide (10) doit être distribuée, de sorte que lors de la compression du corps tubulaire (3) déformable à la main la solution d'hygiène fluide (10) s'écoule à travers le conduit (9) et hors de la sortie de buse (11) à déposer sur la surface (20) de marquage, l'élément d'écartement (13) maintenant un espace entre la sortie de buse (11) et la surface (20) pour aider à un dépôt uniforme de la solution d'hygiène fluide (10) sur la surface (20).
  2. L'instrument de marquage pour l'hygiène de toilettes selon la revendication 3, dans lequel la buse (5) est formée selon un corps généralement cylindrique (15) ayant une paroi latérale convexe (27), au moins une partie (17) du corps généralement cylindrique (15) étant reçu dans la sortie (7) du corps tubulaire (3) déformable à la main.
  5. L'instrument de marquage pour l'hygiène de toilettes selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le corps généralement cylindrique (15) est continu avec une pointe tronconique (23) qui est coaxiale au corps généralement cylindrique (15), une base de la pointe tronconique (23) s'étendant au-delà du corps généralement cylindrique (15) pour former ainsi la collerette (19).
  6. L'instrument de marquage pour l'hygiène de toilettes selon la revendication 5, dans lequel le corps tubulaire (3) déformable à la main comprend une partie de paroi intérieure convergente (29) qui converge vers la sortie (7) du corps tubulaire (3) déformable à la main de façon à présenter ainsi un conduit tronconique (31) qui se rétrécit en direction de la sortie (7) du corps tubulaire (3) déformable à la main.
  7. L'instrument de marquage pour l'hygiène de toilettes selon la revendication 6, dans lequel une partie (17) de la paroi latérale convexe (27) est retenue par le conduit tronconique (31).
  8. L'instrument de marquage pour l'hygiène de toilettes selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant un capuchon (45) dimensionné pour être placé sur la buse (5) afin d'empêcher ainsi que la solution d'hygiène fluide (10) sèche.
  9. L'instrument de marquage pour l'hygiène de toilettes selon la revendication 8, dans lequel le capuchon (45) se place sur la sortie (7) du corps tubulaire (3) déformable à la main.
  10. L'instrument de marquage pour l'hygiène de toilettes selon la revendication 8 ou la revendication 9, dans lequel le capuchon (45) comprend un élément d'étanchéité interne (51) qui se situe autour ou à côté d'une extrémité (36) de l'élément d'écartement (13) lorsque le capuchon (45) est fixé au corps tubulaire (3) déformable à la main de façon à empêcher le séchage de la solution d'hygiène fluide (10).

  15. L'instrument de marquage pour l'hygiène de toilettes selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la solution d'hygiène fluide (10) comprend une solution ayant des propriétés hydrophiles et adhésives.
