Claims (13)

  1. Agencement pour soutenir un rail profilé (30, 30') sur l'allège (42) d'une ouverture murale, le rail profilé (30, 30') faisant partie d'un support pour un cadre de fenêtre ou de porte ; l'agencement comprenant :
    - un élément d'appui (10) ayant un axe longitudinal A, une face supérieure (11), une face inférieure (12), une extrémité avant (13) et une extrémité arrière (14),
    - un étrier (20) ; et
    - un rail profilé (30, 30') ;
    dans lequel l'élément d'appui (10)
    - dispose sur la face supérieure (11) d'éléments de guidage (15, 16) disposés parallèlement à l'axe longitudinal A pour le rail profilé (30, 30') ;
    - possède à l'extrémité avant (13) un pliage réalisé en angle, qui fournit une surface de butée (18) ;
    dans lequel l'étrier (20)
    - est réalisé sous la forme d'un élément de construction en forme de L avec deux branches (21, 22) qui forment au sommet commun un angle de sensiblement 90° ;
    - la première branche (21) présentant une extrémité de liaison (23) avec un point de fixation (25) ; et
    - la deuxième branche (22) présentant une extrémité de fixation (24) ainsi qu'une ou plusieurs ouvertures (26, 26',...) disposées sur la deuxième branche,
    dans lequel le rail profilé (30, 30') est conçu comme un élément profilé rigide à la flexion, étiré longitudinalement en forme de U, de C, de I, de double T en section transversale (30) ou sous la forme d'un caisson creux (30'), avec des ailes (35, 36) qui agissent comme des renforts longitudinaux ;
    caractérisé en ce que
    - le rail profilé (30, 30') présente une face inférieure (38) qui est configurée de telle sorte que le rail profilé (30, 30') peut être disposé sur la face supérieure (11) de l'élément d'appui (10) de manière à pouvoir coulisser longitudinalement le long de l'axe A ;
    - le rail profilé (30, 30') s'engage par complémentarité de forme dans les éléments de guidage (15, 16) de l'élément d'appui (10) ; et
    - l'extrémité de liaison (23) de l'étrier (20) et l'extrémité arrière (14) de l'élément d'appui (10) peuvent être reliées entre elles par force.
  2. Agencement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu à l'extrémité avant (13) de l'élément d'appui (10), sur la face supérieure (11), une surface d'application (17) sensiblement plane, réalisée sans surélévations en surface.
  3. Agencement selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'appui (10) est constitué d'une seule pièce en tôle d'acier ou en matériau composite renforcé par des fibres.
  4. Agencement selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le point de fixation (25) sur l'étrier (20) est réalisé sous la forme de perçage, de trou borgne, d'estampage ou de marquage de surface.
  5. Agencement selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de guidage (15, 16) sur l'élément d'appui (10) sont réalisés sous la forme de nervures, d'estampages et/ou de guides latéraux fabriqués par pliage dans la zone de bordure.
  6. Agencement selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu sur l'élément d'appui (10) une ou plusieurs échancrures (19) ou évidements pour réduire le poids.
  7. Agencement selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième branche (22) de l'étrier (20) est constituée d'une seule pièce sous la forme d'une pièce découpée et pliée en tôle d'acier ou en un matériau composite.
  8. Agencement selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rail profilé (30, 30') présente une ou plusieurs ouvertures (34, 34', 34") qui sont configurées comme des trous traversants, des trous borgnes ou des empreintes et qui servent de points de fixation ou de guides pour des éléments de fixation qui peuvent relier par force le rail profilé (30) à l'élément d'appui (10).
  9. Agencement selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rail profilé (30, 30') présente à une extrémité longitudinale un logement (32) pour un élément de table plat en forme de plaque (31).
  10. Agencement selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu en outre une équerre de soutien (50) dont la première branche (52) peut être posée par complémentarité de forme, mais de manière à pouvoir coulisser longitudinalement, sur le rail profilé (30) et/ou l'élément d'appui (10) et dispose d'au moins un point de fixation (58) pour la liaison avec le rail profilé (30) ; et dont la deuxième branche (54) dispose d'au moins une ouverture (56) pour des éléments de fixation destinés à relier un cadre de porte ou de fenêtre à fixer à l'équerre de soutien (50).
  11. Agencement selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de table plat en forme de plaque (31) est réalisé sous la forme d'un élément en matière plastique et présente une broche, un tenon ou une fixation qui peut être introduit(e) dans le logement (32) du rail profilé (30, 30') ou être enfiché(e) sur celui-ci et y subir une fixation par serrage ou par enclenchement.
  12. Procédé de montage d'un agencement selon les revendications 1 à 11 sur l'allège (42) d'une ouverture murale, comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    - poser un élément d'appui (10) sur l'allège (42) d'une ouverture murale avec la face inférieure (12) tournée vers le mur (40),
    - orienter l'élément d'appui (10) de telle sorte que la surface de butée (18) s'applique à plat contre un bord (41) de l'ouverture murale,
    - appliquer l'étrier (20) à la fois contre l'élément d'appui (10) et une surface (44) du mur (40) de telle sorte que
    - la deuxième branche (22) s'applique à plat contre la surface du mur (40) et que
    - la première branche (21) s'applique contre l'élément d'appui (10)
    - fixer l'étrier (20) sur l'élément d'appui (10) au moyen d'un élément de fixation (46)
    - fixer l'étrier (20) sur la surface (44) du mur (40) au moyen d'un élément de fixation.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'appui (10) ne dispose pas d'une fixation directe et immédiate avec une surface murale.
