Definitions

  • the invention relates to a system with a functional unit for a building opening shading device and with a fastening arrangement that can be pre-assembled on the building side, suitable for fastening the functional unit in the fastening arrangement that can be pre-assembled on the building side, according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • U-shaped fastening brackets are provided to form the fastening arrangement. These brackets are provided on their underside with a pivoting locking bracket that can be moved from an open position to a closed position. When open, this locking bracket allows the functional unit, which in this case is provided with a box-shaped housing, to be pushed in, and when closed, engages underneath it, so that it is secured against slipping out as desired. While the locking brackets are being actuated, however, the pushed-in functional unit must simultaneously be manually held in position and secured against falling. This, however, proves to be very difficult and strenuous. The known arrangement therefore proves not to be sufficiently easy to install.
  • the international patent application WO 2019/148219 A1 shows an arrangement for fastening the box-shaped, bottom-open top rail of a Venetian blind to a building surface, wherein a fastening bracket is provided, the side legs of which can be expanded against their inherent elasticity and which each have a projection provided with an indentation at their lower ends.
  • the box-shaped top rail which is open at the bottom, is provided with inwardly curved retaining webs at the lower ends of its side legs, which can be snapped into the indentations of the bracket-side projections.
  • the box-shaped top rail is first inserted into the indentation with the lower end of a side leg in a position inclined relative to the fastening bracket.
  • the German patent application DE 10 2004 016 545 A1 shows an arrangement for the quick installation of the box-shaped, upwardly open top rail of a Venetian blind to an associated housing ceiling with a ceiling-mounted mounting bracket, one leg of which is provided with a retaining claw at its end and the other leg of which is designed as a spring leg provided with a retaining claw.
  • the upper ends of the box-shaped top rail, which is open at the top, are provided with hooking claws.
  • a holding claw of the top rail is hooked into the associated hooking claw on the bracket side.
  • the box-shaped top rail is swung upwards with the other side and, in doing so, its hooking claw there engages the associated holding claw of the spring leg.
  • the DE 10 2004 016 545 A1 removable fastening device therefore only contains a single-stage fastening of the box-shaped top rail in The shape of the locking mechanism for the upper ends of the side legs of the top rail in the side legs of the mounting bracket. This known arrangement therefore also proves to be insufficiently secure and reliable.
  • the upwardly closed box of a Venetian blind is provided with locking strips projecting outwards in the area of its upper corners.
  • the associated retaining bracket is provided with inner retaining claws assigned to the locking strips, one retaining claw being fixed and the other spring-loaded.
  • the box is first tilted relative to the mounting bracket with one edge strip inserted into the fixed retaining claw and then rotated into the mounting bracket until the other edge strip engages in the spring-loaded retaining claw.
  • German patent application DE 1 921 979 A1 discloses a generic system.
  • This system is an arrangement for attaching the box of a roller blind to a ceiling or wall with a bracket-shaped holding part that overlaps the said box and can be attached to the ceiling, etc., and has two undercut recesses in the upper corners into which the box, which is open at the top, can be snapped into place by means of corresponding bends in the upper ends of its lateral legs, whereby the box is temporarily held in the snapped-in position.
  • An arm is provided that engages beneath the box, which can be snapped onto the lower end of the lateral legs of the bracket-shaped holding part. This arm is provided with locking notches into which suitable locking projections on the lateral legs of the holding part can snap.
  • At least one locking device is assigned to the elements that can be brought into engagement with one another in the form of the fastening arrangement and the functional unit, which locking device automatically moves into its locking position when the functional unit is inserted into the fastening arrangement and transfers at least the dead weight of the functional unit to the fastening arrangement and fixes the position of the functional unit in at least one spatial direction.
  • the locking device has at least one preferably resilient locking lug provided on one of the elements that can be brought into engagement with one another and a supporting edge assigned to said locking lug on the other element, which supporting edge is engaged under by the locking lug in the locking position.
  • the fastening arrangement is designed according to the invention as a fastening bracket arrangement that has two fastening brackets assigned to the end regions of the functional unit, wherein the Locking device is assigned to the area of the fastening bracket.
  • the functional unit has a base part acting as a mounting base in the form of a space boundary, for example a box-shaped enclosure or housing or the like with a profile-like cross-section open at the top or bottom.
  • the elements which can be brought into engagement with one another can additionally be locked against one another by means of a manually operable locking device.
  • At least one locking bolt having a locking edge is provided on each of the elements which can be brought into engagement with one another, and on the other element there is provided an associated insertion recess which has a boundary edge facing the bolt-side locking edge.
  • the locking bolt can be moved with one end region beyond the boundary of the element receiving it, facing the associated insertion recess, and can be brought into engagement with the associated insertion recess of the other element.
  • the spring-loaded locking lug automatically moves into its locking position, which engages under the assigned support edge. This not only ensures a defined completion of the insertion process but also reliably locks and adequately secures the functional unit against falling.
  • a further advantage is that the underside of the functional unit remains free, so that any lower outlet slot for a shading device is not blocked or obstructed.
  • the base part can be expediently provided at its ends with lateral cover caps bridged by a peripheral cover.
  • a spring-loaded locking lug is assigned to each of the two fastening brackets assigned to the end areas of the functional unit, and the base part has a continuous support edge for both locking lugs in the area of its cover.
  • each locking lug can be arranged at the end of an associated leg spring, which is attached with its end remote from the lug to the associated fastening bracket, wherein the leg spring is preferably provided on the side of the fastening bracket facing away from the outside of the functional unit, which has a passage window associated with the locking lug, through which the locking lug can project inward.
  • the leg spring results in a long spring arm, which facilitates the provision of a large spring travel, so that the locking lug can reach a reliable locking position without the spring force to be overcome when inserting the spatial boundary of the functional unit into the associated fastening bracket arrangement becoming undesirably high.
  • each locking lug can have a downward-facing, sloping contact surface.
  • the locking lug runs on the facing surface when the functional unit is inserted into the associated fastening arrangement. upper corner of the functional unit, whereby the locking lug is slowly deflected sideways during the insertion process and the spring is tensioned, which facilitates the insertion process.
  • the locking lug can easily have a comparatively large height, which allows for a large inward projection in the locked position and thus a particularly reliable fixation of the functional unit inserted into the fastening arrangement.
  • a further useful measure may be for the side leg of each fastening bracket facing away from the locking device, preferably pointing outwards, to be designed as an inwardly angled spring leg, the free end of which can be designed as an inlet guide bent outwards at an angle and deflected outwards by the approaching functional unit.
  • a locking bolt can be mounted on each cover cap, and each fastening bracket can have a recess associated with it, which provides good stability.
  • the locking bolt can be designed as a pivot lever, preferably designed as an angle lever, that can be rotated about a vertical axis.
  • a horizontal locking edge that the locking bolt can move over can be provided in the area of the recess associated with it.
  • a rotatable pivot lever can advantageously be moved smoothly and without jamming. The locking edge that can be moved over not only signals the end of the pivoting movement but also ensures sufficient security against unwanted release.
  • the blocking device and the locking device provided according to the invention can expediently be positioned in height such that the upper side of the functional unit is spaced from the upper end region of the fastening arrangement in the end position introduced into the associated fastening arrangement.
  • the fastening arrangement or each fastening bracket of the fastening arrangement, is provided with at least one radially projecting connecting lug, preferably with an upper and a lateral connecting lug, each of which can be connected to an associated support bracket anchored to the building.
  • each connecting lug can have at least two degrees of adjustment freedom relative to the associated support bracket when connected, expediently in the form of lateral displacement transverse to the longitudinal axis of the functional unit and rotation about its longitudinal axis.
  • the fastening arrangement and thus the functional unit mounted on it are suspended from the support brackets in a virtually floating manner, so that the position of the functional unit relative to the mounting base can be varied within the given degrees of freedom, thereby compensating for unavoidable manufacturing and assembly tolerances.
  • the functional unit already held in the fastening arrangement can therefore be additionally secured on the building side, for example advantageously by lateral guide rails projecting downwards from it, which can be secured on the building side, permanently fixed in its position without internal stresses occurring.
  • each connecting lug is connected to the respective supporting bracket by means of a a pin extending through a curved slot, preferably designed as a screw, wherein the slots assigned to the spaced-apart connecting lugs have a bending radius corresponding to the distance between the pins penetrating them.
  • the locking device in its locking position and, if applicable, the locking device in its locking position have play in the longitudinal direction of the functional unit. This provides an additional degree of freedom of movement in the longitudinal direction of the functional unit and therefore advantageously also enables axial adjustability of the functional unit.
  • a window or door frame 1 which is assigned to a building opening, onto which an add-on box 2 is placed, which closes off the building opening at the top and has an interior space 3 open downwards.
  • a shading device is assigned to the said building opening.
  • This contains a functional unit 4 accommodated in the interior space 3 of the add-on box 2.
  • This has a base part 5 which functions as an installation base, from the lateral ends of which downwardly projecting guide rails 6 extend, which can be fixed in the area of the reveal of the building opening, as indicated by a fastening screw 7.
  • the add-on box 2 accordingly forms a shell which can be installed in a building, in which the downwardly
  • the functional unit 4 of the intended building opening shading device is placed in the open interior space 3.
  • the base part 5 is a room boundary, for example, a box-shaped enclosure or housing or the like with a profile-like cross-section open at the top or bottom .
  • the base part 5 can be adapted to different purposes and, for example, be designed as a headboard open at the top or as a housing provided with a lower outlet slot or the like.
  • the add-on box 2 can be designed as a foam block into which a shell 8 containing the interior space 3 can be molded. Other designs would of course also be conceivable, for example as a brick or concrete preform, or as a box composed of plastic panels or the like.
  • the add-on box 2, which is open at the bottom, is provided in the manner of a so-called projection box at the lower end of its outer leg, i.e. the leg facing the outside of the building, with a plaster strip 9 adjoining the shell 8 and projecting outwards by the thickness of an externally applicable plaster, and at the lower end of its inner leg with a connecting profile 10 adjoining the shell 8 for connection to the upper leg of the associated window or door frame 1.
  • the above-mentioned building opening shading device can, for example, be designed as a textile screen.
  • the functional unit 4 accordingly contains a horizontal winding shaft (not shown in detail here) mounted on the base part 5, which can be driven in the direction of rotation and onto which a fabric web (also not shown in detail) can be wound or unwound, functioning as a shading element.
  • This fabric web extends from the box forming the base part 5, which is provided with a lower outlet slot for this purpose, and is guided with its lateral edges in an associated guide groove of the lateral guide rails 6.
  • another building opening shading device can of course also be provided, for example a roller shutter and/or fly screen or a Venetian blind or the like, in each case a functional unit 4 with an interior space 3 of the top box 2 fixable base part 5 is provided.
  • the box forming the base part 5 here can, as can be seen from the Fig. 3 and 4 As can be clearly seen, have a peripheral cover 11, which is closed at the lateral ends by cover caps 12 attached thereto.
  • the peripheral cover 11 bridging the two cover caps 12 can be formed in one piece or in several parts, wherein the individual parts can be manufactured as sections of an extruded profile made of light metal.
  • the cover caps 12 can be manufactured as cast pieces made of light metal.
  • the cover caps 12 can be fastened with fastening means, for example with Fig. 1 to 4 indicated screw domes 12a or the like for attaching support plates etc. associated with the mentioned winding shaft or its drive motor.
  • a fastening arrangement which is pre-assembled in the interior 3 and which, in the example shown, has two U-shaped fastening brackets 13 which are assigned to the end regions of the box, which here forms the base part 5, i.e. the cover caps 12, and are advantageously open downwards.
  • the functional unit 4, with its base part 5, can be pushed into these fastening brackets from below during assembly and can be secured to these brackets in the pushed-in state such that its own weight is transferred to the elements of the fastening arrangement and it is secured in at least one spatial direction, i.e. at least against falling.
  • fastening brackets 13 can also be provided to form the fastening arrangement.
  • the insertion height of the functional unit 4 in the fastening arrangement formed here by the fastening brackets 13 is limited in such a way that between its upper side and the upper limit of the fastening arrangement, ie in the example shown between the upper side of the base part 5 of the functional unit 4 and the upper bracket yoke of the fastening brackets 13, a Fig. 1 visible distance remains, so that upwards emerging from the functional unit 4 Elements such as cables, etc., are not trapped.
  • the shape of the fastening brackets 13 and the box forming the base part 5 is not restricted to the present example, but can be designed as desired.

  • the leg of a U-shaped fastening bracket 13 of the fastening arrangement which contains the free end of a fastening bracket 13 and points outwards, i.e., towards the outside of the building, is designed as a spring leg 14, which is arranged in such a way that it is deflected outwards by the inserted or pushed-in functional unit 4, in this case by the box forming the base part 5 of the functional unit 4, and accordingly rests against the associated box wall with preload.
  • the spring leg 14 is angled inwards from the connection area to the upper bracket yoke in such a way that the clear distance of the lower leg end is smaller than the width of the functional unit 4 or the box forming the base part 5, thus resulting in a reliable, resilient contact of the lower leg area with the box.
  • the spring bracket 13 is slightly widened by the functional unit 4, i.e., pushed-in, into the fastening bracket arrangement, or its box-shaped base part 5.
  • the lower end of the spring leg 14 is bent obliquely outwards to form an inlet guide 15, against which the box etc. runs with its facing upper corner when inserted into the fastening bracket arrangement of the fastening arrangement, whereby the spring leg 14 is deflected outwards and the fastening bracket 13 is widened.
