Claims (10)
- Schutzvorrichtung (30) für ein Landfahrzeug (10), die geeignet ist, um unter einem vorderen Teil (22) eines Wagenkastens (16) des Fahrzeugs befestigt zu werden, die Schutzvorrichtung umfassend: eine Klappe (34), die geeignet ist, um in Bezug auf den Wagenkasten gemäß einer ersten Achse (50), die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der Fahrtrichtung des Fahrzeugs ist, drehbar montiert zu werden; und einen ersten Sensor (44), der geeignet ist, um einen ersten Abstand (64) zwischen dem Wagenkasten des Fahrzeugs und einem Boden unter dem Fahrzeug zu messen,
wobei die Schutzvorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie Folgendes umfasst:- einen Streifen (36) aus flexiblem Material (38), wobei ein erstes Ende (60) des Streifens an der Klappe befestigt ist;- einen Aufwickler (40), der geeignet ist, um in Bezug auf den Wagenkasten um eine zweite Achse (62), die im Wesentlichen parallel zu der ersten Achse ist, drehbar montiert zu werden, wobei ein zweites Ende des Streifens (36) aus flexiblem Material an dem Aufwickler befestigt ist;- einen Motor (42), der geeignet ist, um den Aufwickler in Bezug auf den Wagenkasten in Drehung zu versetzen, um die Bahn aus flexiblem Material um den Aufwickler auf- oder abzuwickeln; und- einen Rechner (46), der geeignet ist, um eine Position des Aufwicklers abhängig von der ersten von dem ersten Sensor gemessenen Entfernung zu bestimmen und den Motor abhängig von der gemessenen Position zu steuern. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Klappe (34) einen ersten (52) und einen zweiten (54) gegenüberliegenden Rand nahe bzw. entfernt von der ersten Achse (50) umfasst, wobei das erste Ende (60) des Streifens aus flexiblem Material an dem zweiten Rand befestigt ist.
- Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei der zweite Rand (54) der Klappe einen Stab (58) umfasst, an dem das erste Ende des Streifens aus flexiblem Material befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei das flexible Material (38) ein nicht dehnbares Material ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei das flexible Material (38) ein Textilmaterial ist, vorzugsweise umfassend Kevlarfasern.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, ferner umfassend einen zweiten Sensor (48) umfasst, der geeignet ist, um einen zweiten Abstand (66) zwischen dem Wagenkasten des Fahrzeugs und dem Boden unter dem Fahrzeug zu messen.
- Vorrichtung (30) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, ferner umfassend ein Deaktivierungselement, das geeignet ist, um ein Aufwickeln des Streifens (36) aus flexiblem Material um den Aufwickler (40) zu betätigen, um die Klappe in einer zurückgezogenen Position zu platzieren.
- Landfahrzeug (10, 12), insbesondere Schienenfahrzeug, umfassend einen Wagenkasten (16) und mindestens eine unter dem Wagenkasten angeordnete Achse, wobei der Wagenkasten einen vorderen Teil (22) aufweist, der in Bezug auf die Achse in einer Bewegungsrichtung (X) des Fahrzeugs hervorsteht, das Fahrzeug ferner umfassend eine unter dem vorderen Teil (22) befestigte Schutzvorrichtung (30) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche.
- Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 8, wobei der erste Sensor (44) unter dem vorderen Teil des Wagenkastens hinter der ersten Drehachse (50) der Klappe (34) befestigt ist.
- Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 8 oder Anspruch 9, wobei der erste Sensor (44) mit mindestens einem Rad (19) der mindestens eine Achse in Fahrtrichtung des Fahrzeugs ausgerichtet ist.
