Definitions
- Yarn suction devices are used to pick up and thread yarns into textile machines during operation. During operation, the yarns are transported through the textile machine at high speed, making threading difficult. Suction devices require suction tubes of a certain length to reach the yarns. In order for the suction devices to thread yarns reliably, they must generate high pressure forces. This is the only way to ensure that a sufficiently high thread tension can be maintained to enable the yarn to be transported. A cyclone element is typically used to increase the suction capacity of the suction device.

Claims (6)
- Dispositif d'aspiration (100) pour une machine textile, dans lequel le dispositif d'aspiration (100) comprend une pièce admission (50) pour introduire au moins un fil, un tube d'aspiration (3) pour guider le fil et un élément d'aspiration (5) pour générer une pression d'aspiration, dans lequel l'unité d'aspiration (5) comprend au moins deux éléments cyclones (1a, 1b) pour générer un flux d'air comprimé en forme de vortex, lesquels éléments cyclones (1a, 1b) sont disposés en série dans la direction d'aspiration (A), de sorte qu'un fil peut être guidé d'abord à travers un premier élément cyclone (1a) et ensuite à travers un deuxième élément cyclone (1b), chaque élément cyclone (1a, 1b) comprenant un axe cyclone (Ma, Mb), chaque élément cyclone (1a, 1b) comprenant au moins une ouverture (31a, 31b) à la circonférence, qui est reliée à une alimentation en air (12) de préférence commune caractérisée en ce que la pièce d'admission (50) comprend au moins une ouverture (53) sur la circonférence à l'intérieur, à travers laquelle l'ouverture (53) un flux d'air peut être introduit dans la pièce d'admission (50), l'ouverture (50) étant alignée dans la direction d'aspiration (A), de sorte que le flux d'air introduit à travers cette ouverture (53) s'écoule dans la direction d'aspiration (A), et en ce que le tube d'aspiration (3) comprend un premier canal de tube pour le transport des fils le long de l'axe du tube et un deuxième canal de tube (55) pour le transport d'un flux d'air, l'alimentation en air (12) étant conçue de telle sorte que l'alimentation en air (12) sert à la fois d'alimentation en air aux éléments cyclones (1a, 1b) du dispositif d'aspiration (100) et à la pièce d'admission (50), en particulier par l'intermédiaire du deuxième canal de tube (55).
- Dispositif d'aspiration (100) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'alimentation en air (12) vers au moins un, de préférence les deux, éléments cyclones (1a, 1b) peut être fermée, et/ou l'alimentation en air vers la pièce d'admission (52) peut être fermée indépendamment de celle-ci, en particulier au moyen d'une vanne de commutation pour la commutation d'un écoulement d'air entre le deuxième canal tube (55).
- Dispositif d'aspiration (100) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'aspiration (100) comprend un organe d'actionnement pour la fermeture et/ou l'ouverture de l'alimentation en air d'au moins un, de préférence des deux, éléments cyclones (1a, 1b) et/ou de la pièce d'admission (50) par un opérateur.
- Machine textile avec dispositif d'aspiration (100) selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
- Procédé d'aspiration de fils dans une machine textile avec un dispositif d'aspiration (100), selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, comprenant les étapes suivantes- Alignement de la pièce d'admission (2 ; 52) sur les extrémités du fil- Aspiration des extrémités du filetage à travers la pièce d'admission (2 ; 52) dans le tube d'aspiration (3)- Guidage d'un fil à travers un premier et un second élément cyclone (1a, 1b).
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes- Actionnement d'un organe d'actionnement pour la fermeture de l'alimentation en air d'au moins un élément cyclone (1a, 1b)- Actionnement de l'organe d'actionnement pour fermer l'alimentation en air de la pièce d'admission (52) et ouvrir simultanément l'alimentation en air d'au moins un élément cyclone (1a, 1b).
