Claims (14)

  1. Dispositif déflecteur (1) conçu pour un ouvrant oscillo-battant d'une fenêtre ou d'une porte (3), muni d'un dispositif de verrouillage (2) pouvant être aménagé sur le vantail (4) et un élément de base (6) pouvant être fixé sur le cadre (5), sur lequel est logé un moyen de transmission de puissance (8) actionné par un dispositif d'entraînement par moteur (7), qui comporte un élément de liaison (9) avec le vantail (4), de sorte que l'élément de liaison (9) est un l'élément de liaison de la crémone (10), si bien que le dispositif de verrouillage (2) comporte un élément de crémone (14) muni d'un tourillon de fermeture ou de verrouillage (15) qui est aménagé dessus, de sorte que grâce au dispositif d'entraînement par moteur (7), le vantail (4) peut être amené par le dispositif de verrouillage (2) sur une position de verrouillage et sur une position de déverrouillage, si bien que l'élément de liaison de la crémone (10) est disposé sur l'extrémité libre (11) du moyen de transmission de puissance (8) et constitué par un dispositif d'entraînement (12) aménagé sur le moyen de transmission de puissance (8) et par un crochet (13), de sorte que le tourillon de verrouillage (15) aménagé sur l'élément de crémone (14) heurte un bord intérieur (16) aménagé sur le crochet (13) et détache de manière automatisée l'élément de liaison de la crémone (10), tandis que le moyen de transmission de puissance (8) qui se trouve dans une position de fermeture et le dispositif de verrouillage (2) du vantail (4) qui se trouve dans la position de verrouillage se déplacent sous l'effet de l'activation du moteur dans la direction de la position de préparation à la rotation, de sorte que le tourillon de verrouillage (15) est disposé en contact avec le bord intérieur (16) du crochet (13) ouvert par pivotement vers l'extérieur et dans un évidement (17) de l'élément d'entraînement (12), puis adopte grâce au moteur du moyen de transmission de puissance (8) la position de rotation du vantail (4) et débloque le tourillon de verrouillage (15) lorsque le moteur le fait pénétrer dans la direction de la position de fermeture du moyen de transmission de puissance (8) et autorise la position d'ouverture de rotation du vantail (4) dans la direction de la position de verrouillage du vantail (4), si bien que le crochet (13) comporte un autre bord intérieur (21) avec lequel le tourillon de verrouillage (15) vient en contact en guise de soutien en position verrouillée de l'élément de liaison de la crémone (10), ce qui permet au moteur de faire passer la position de basculement ouverte du vantail (4) sur la position de basculement du tourillon de verrouillage (15) et ensuite le moyen de transmission de puissance (8) dans la direction de la position de fermeture et le dispositif de verrouillage (2) du tourillon de verrouillage (15) dans la direction de la position de verrouillage du vantail (4),
    caractérisé en ce
    que le crochet ouvert (13) vient en butée avec un élément de guidage (18) du dispositif déflecteur qui peut être aménagé sur le vantail (4) avec le tourillon de verrouillage (15) qui est placé dans l'évidement (17) de l'élément d'entraînement (12) suite au démarrage du moyen de transmission de puissance (8) de la position de fermeture vers la position de basculement du vantail (4) avant l'établissement de la position de basculement du vantail (4), et se raccorde automatiquement par pivotement vers l'intérieur avec le tourillon de verrouillage (15), que l'élément de base (6) comporte une section en arc de cercle (19) d'une voie de guidage (20), de sorte que le tourillon de verrouillage (15) qui est placé en position de basculement et l'élément de liaison de la crémone (10) sont en contact avec l'élément de guidage (18), le moyen de transmission de puissance (8) effectuant ensuite une rotation de quasiment 90 degrés et le vantail (4) le moteur le transfèrant vers la position de basculement ouverte.
  2. Dispositif déflecteur (1) selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce
    que le dispositif déflecteur (1) est aménagé de manière dissimulée et couché dans un espace de feuillure entre le cadre (5) et le vantail (4) de la fenêtre (3) ou de la porte et l'élément de liaison de la crémone (10), et qu'on fait pénétrer le moyen de transmission de puissance (8) dans un boîtier (22) du dispositif déflecteur (1) afin de suivre le moyen de transmission de puissance (8) sur la section en arc de cercle (19) de la voie de guidage (20), de sorte que lorsque l'élément de guidage articulé (23) peut être pivoté sur un angle de près de 90 degrés autour de l'axe (24) du tourillon de verrouillage (15) sur l'élément de liaison de la crémone (10)) dans la section en arc de cercle (19), l'élément de liaison de la crémone (10) et lorsque l'élément de guidage (23) poursuit son enclenchement, l'élément de liaison de la crémone (10) actionne ainsi le dispositif de verrouillage (2) par un enclenchement supplémentaire du tourillon de verrouillage (15).
  3. Dispositif déflecteur (1) selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce
    que le moyen de transmission de puissance (8) est réalisé sous la forme d'une chaîne qui, en position de basculement du vantail (4) ouverte par le moteur, est sortie par le dispositif d'entraînement (12) et le crochet (13) de l'élément de liaison de la crémone (10) hors du boîtier (22), et transférée vers une sous-section libre décalée de 90 degrés par rapport à la direction du déplacement du dispositif de verrouillage (2), de sorte que l'élément de liaison de la crémone (10) est maintenu en position perpendiculairement à la direction de sortie du vantail (4) sur l'élément de guidage (18) aménagé sur le vantail (4) ou le dispositif de verrouillage (2).
  4. Dispositif déflecteur (1) selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce
    que la chaîne faisant office de moyen de transmission de puissance (8) est réalisé sous la forme d'une chaîne résistante au pliage et transmettant des forces de traction et de pression.
  5. Dispositif déflecteur (1) selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce
    que l'élément d'entraînement (12) et le crochet (13) comportent respectivement un nez (25, 26) qui verrouille en position verrouillée l'élément de liaison de la crémone (10) et le tourillon de verrouillage (15), e les logeant par engagement positif dans un évidement (27) de l'élément de guidage (18).
  6. Dispositif déflecteur (1) selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce
    que l'élément d'entraînement (12) et le crochet (13) sont reliés l'un à l'autre par friction en empêchant la rotation, l'évidement (17) de l'élément d'entraînement (12) étant réalisé sous la forme d'un U et s'étendant sur le plan de la longueur dans la direction du mouvement de l'élément de guidage (23) de la voie de guidage (20).
  7. Dispositif déflecteur (1) selon un ou plusieurs des revendications qui précèdent 1 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce
    que le crochet (13) enserre entièrement le tourillon de verrouillage (15) par le bord intérieur respectif (16, 21), conjointement avec l'évidement (17) de l'élément d'entraînement (12), de sorte que le bord intérieur (21) et l'évidement (17) constituent dans la direction du verrouillage du vantail (4) un enserrage complet avec auto-maintien pour le tourillon de verrouillage (15)
  8. Dispositif déflecteur (1) selon un ou plusieurs des revendications qui précèdent 1 à 7,
    caractérisé en ce
    que le bord intérieur (16) du crochet (13) comporte un contour servant de guidage autour de l'axe de rotation (28) du crochet (13) formant un angle aigu, contour qui crée dans la direction d'ouverture du vantail (4) une composante de force qui supprime l'enserrage de l'élément de liaison de la crémone (10) par l'évidement (17) de l'élément d'entraînement (12) et du bord intérieur (21) du crochet (13) en débloquant ainsi le tourillon de verrouillage (15).
  9. Dispositif déflecteur (1) selon un ou plusieurs des revendications qui précèdent 1 à 8,
    caractérisé en ce
    que dans la position de décalage de l'élément de liaison de la crémone (10) un talon en forme de coin (30) est installé au moins sur une extrémité libre (29) de l'élément de guidage (18), talon qui s'étend depuis l'extrémité libre (29) jusqu'à l'évidement (27) et qui ferme automatiquement et petit à petit le crochet (13) qui est en position ouverte en le faisant reposer sur le contour extérieur.
  10. Dispositif déflecteur (1) selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce
    que l'élément de guidage (18) a une configuration symétrique.
  11. Dispositif déflecteur (1) selon la revendication 9,
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'avec le déplacement du moyen de transmission de puissance (8) hors de la position de fermeture lorsque le crochet est ouvert (13) et avec l'accouplement du tourillon de verrouillage (15) avec l'évidement (17) de l'élément d'entraînement (12) dans la position de basculement, avant l'accès à la position de basculement, le crochet (13) déclenche de manière automatisée le raccordement du crochet (13) avec le tourillon de verrouillage (15) par le transfert du crochet (13) par le talon en forme de coin (30) de l'élément de guidage (18) placé sur le vantail (4), et crée ainsi une liaison par le pivotement du crochet (12) vers l'intérieur.
  12. Dispositif déflecteur (1) selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce
    que l'élément de guidage (23) est articulé à l'extrémité libre (20) du moyen de transmission de puissance (8), et qu'il établit une liaison fixe avec le dispositif d'entraînement (12).
  13. Dispositif déflecteur (1) selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce
    que le boîtier (22) est configuré en forme de L en section transversale sur pratiquement toute la longueur.
  14. Procédé conçu pour faire démarrer manuellement et par un moteur un vantail (4) d'une fenêtre ou d'une porte (3) par le biais d'un dispositif déflecteur (1) selon les revendications 1 à 13, avec un dispositif de verrouillage (2) aménagé sur le vantail (4) et un élément de base (6) fixé sur le cadre (5), sur lequel est logé un moyen de transmission de puissance (8) actionné par le biais d'un dispositif d'entraînement par moteur (7), qui comporte un élément de liaison (9) avec le vantail (4), de sorte que l'élément de liaison (9) est un élément de liaison de la crémone (10), si bien que le dispositif de verrouillage (2) peut être verrouillé et déverrouillé par le biais du dispositif d'entraînement par moteur (7), de sorte que l'élément de liaison de la crémone (10) est disposé sur l'extrémité libre (11) du moyen de transmission de puissance (8) et qu'il est constitué par un dispositif d'entraînement (12) fixé sur le moyen de transmission de puissance (8) et par un crochet (13) qui peut être couplé avec un tourillon de verrouillage (15) fixé sur le dispositif de verrouillage (2),
    que le vantail (4) peut être transféré de la position de fermeture vers une position de basculement ouverte du vantail (4) par l'activation effectuée par le moteur du dispositif déflecteur (1) et l'entraînement d'un dispositif de verrouillage (2) aménagé sur le vantail (4) ;
    que par l'activation par le moteur du dispositif déflecteur (1) et l'entraînement d'un dispositif de verrouillage (2) aménagé sur le vantail (4), ce vantail (4) peut être transféré de la position de fermeture verrouillée vers une position de rotation en vue de l'activation manuelle dans la position d'ouverture par pivotement du vantail (4) ;
    que le vantail (4) peut être transféré de la position de basculement ouverte vers la position de fermeture verrouillée ou dans la position de rotation par l'activation avec le moteur du dispositif déflecteur (1).
