Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique liquide comprenant un solvant aqueux, du nicotinamide et au moins un dérivé de l'imipridone de formule (I). L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication de ladite composition pharmaceutique liquide, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : (a) la dissolution du nicotinamide dans un solvant aqueux, de préférence de l'eau ; (b) l'ajout d'au moins un modificateur de pH et d'au moins un dérivé de l'imipridone à la solution obtenue à l'étape (a) ; et (c) la stérilisation éventuelle de la solution obtenue à l'étape (b). L'invention concerne en outre un complexe 1:1 ou un cocristal de nicotinamide dérivé de l'imipridone, le dérivé de l'imipridone étant de formule (I). Lesdites compositions sont destinées à être utilisées dans le traitement du cancer.
