Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition pour la fabrication d'éléments de construction, laquelle comprend des constituants solides qui présentent au moins un matériau de base ainsi qu'une méta-argile, ainsi qu'une solution d'activation, la solution d'activation présentant plus de 5 % en masse de silicates alcalins, la masse du matériau de base représentant 200 % à 500 % de la masse de la méta-argile et le rapport entre la masse de la solution d'activation et la masse de la méta-argile étant supérieur à 1. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de fabrication d'un élément de construction, comprenant une première étape consistant à produire un mélange à partir d'une composition comprenant des constituants solides qui présentent au moins un matériau de base ainsi qu'une méta-argile, ainsi qu'une solution d'activation, caractérisé en ce que la solution d'activation présente plus de 5 % en masse de silicates alcalins, la masse du matériau de base représentant 200 % à 500 % de la masse de la méta-argile et le rapport entre la masse de la solution d'activation et la masse de la méta-argile étant supérieur à 1, ainsi qu'une seconde étape consistant à extruder le mélange pour former un élément de construction.
