Abstract
Procédé d'estampage pour former une pièce métallique (1) et pièce métallique associée, la géométrie de ladite pièce métallique étant telle que certaines zones doivent se déformer dans des directions antagonistes pendant l'estampage. Le procédé d'estampage comprend l'étape consistant à fournir une ébauche métallique flexible (10) comprenant au moins deux sous-ébauches (101, 102) correspondant à des sous-parties (11, 12) de la partie métallique, lesdites ébauches flexibles comprenant en outre une zone de chevauchement (100) dans laquelle les ébauches se chevauchent l'une l'autre, ladite zone de chevauchement (100) correspondant à la zone de transition critique 11T12 entre les deux sous-parties, ladite zone de chevauchement comprenant une zone de pré-assemblage (1002) et une zone de coulissement (1001). Le poinçon utilisé pour l'opération d'estampage comprend un espace entre la zone du poinçon correspondant aux première et seconde sous-parties (11, 12).
