Abstract

Procédé d'emboutissage pour constituer une pièce métallique (1) et pièce métallique associée, la géométrie de ladite pièce métallique étant telle que certaines zones doivent se déformer dans des sens antagonistes au cours de l'emboutissage. Le procédé d'emboutissage inclut une étape consistant à fournir un empilement d'ébauches (10) comprenant au moins deux sous-ébauches (101, 102) correspondant à des sous-pièces (11, 12) de la pièce métallique, ledit empilement d'ébauches comprenant en outre une zone de chevauchement (100) dans laquelle les ébauches se chevauchent l'une l'autre, ladite zone de chevauchement (100) correspondant à la zone de transition critique 11T12 entre les deux sous-pièces.
