Abstract
La présente invention concerne des catalyseurs, des systèmes catalytiques, des polymères de polyéthylène, des procédés de polymérisation pour la fabrication de ces polymères de polyéthylène et des films fabriqués à partir de ces derniers. Dans certains modes de réalisation, un composé catalytique est représenté par la formule (I) dans laquelle : M est Zr ou Hf ; R5 et R6 sont chacun un hydrogène ; chacun de R1, R2, R3 et R4 est indépendamment un hydrogène ou un alkyle C1 à C10, substitué ou non substitué ; l'un de (1) R7 et R8, (2) R8 et R9, ou (3) R9 et R10 sont réunis pour former un cycle aromatique substitué ou non substitué ou un cycle saturé fusionné avec le cycle indényle présenté dans la formule (I), et le reste de R7, R8, R9 et R10 sont chacun un hydrogène. Dans d'autres modes de réalisation, un procédé de production d'une composition de polyéthylène est fourni, comprenant l'introduction, dans des conditions de première polymérisation, d'éthylène et d'une alpha-oléfine C3-C40 dans un système catalytique dans un réacteur, et la formation d'une composition de polyéthylène.
