Abstract

La présente invention concerne de nouveaux anticorps humanisés qui se lient à l'antigène de maturation des lymphocytes B (BCMA), et des molécules de liaison à l'antigène immunostimulatrices compromettant ces anticorps BCMA, en particulier des molécules de liaison à l'antigène contenant un trimère 4-1 BBL ciblant BCMA, des procédés pour leur production, ainsi que leur utilisation dans le traitement du cancer.
