Abstract
L'invention concerne une association d'un inhibiteur de BRAF avec Omomyc, un variant fonctionnellement équivalent de celui-ci, un conjugué comprenant de l'Omomyc ou ledit variant fonctionnellement équivalent, un polynucléotide codant pour lesdits polypeptides, un vecteur comprenant ledit polynucléotide et une cellule apte à sécréter le polypeptide ou le conjugué. L'invention concerne également des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant l'association de l'invention et leurs utilisations médicales, en particulier leurs utilisations dans le traitement du cancer.
