Abstract

L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés de séquençage d'ADN. Des systèmes et des procédés pour déterminer la séquence nucléotidique d'un polynucléotide peuvent comprendre l'introduction d'un quatrième nucléotide marqué dans un séquençage à deux canaux par un système de synthèse pour créer d'autres formes de diagramme de dispersion x-y où l'axe x représente l'intensité de fluorescence à une longueur d'onde (canal 1), et l'axe y représente l'intensité de fluorescence à une autre longueur d'onde (canal 2).
