LA PURIFICACION Y SOLUBILIZACION DE PROTEINAS PRODUCIDAS EN MICROORGANISMOS TRANSFORMANTES COMO CUERPOS DE INCLUSION BIOLOGICAMENTE INACTIVOS, INSOLUBLES, SE EFECTUA SOLUBILIZANDO LOS CUERPOS DE INCLUSION EN SDS; TRATANDO LA SOLUCION DE SDS-PROTEINA CON UREA; SEPARANDO EL SDS Y PURIFICANDO LA PROTEINA MEDIANTE CROMATOGRAFIA SOBRE UNA RESINA DE INTERCAMBIO ANIONICO QUE TIENE GRUPOS CATIONICOS ENLAZADOS A UN SOPORTE DE POLISACARIDO, Y DIALIZAR LA SOLUCION OBTENIDA DE LA RESINA DE INTERCAMBIO ANIONICO PARA ELIMINAR LA UREA, PERMITIENDO DE ESTE MODO QUE LA PROTEINA SE ENVUELVA EN SU CONFORMACION NATIVA.
