UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE TIAZOLONAS, DE FORMULA (I). EN DICHA FORMULA R1 REPRESENTA HIDROGENO O ALQUILO C1-4 Y R2 PIRIDILO O PIRIDILMETILO OPCIONALMENTE SUSTITUIDO. CONSISTE EN AÑADIR UN HALURO DE ACIDO DE FORMULA X-COR2, EN LA QUE X ES BROMO O CLORO Y R2 ES EL DEFINIDO ANTES, A UNA MEZCLA QUE CONSTA DE UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (II), UN ACIDO DE LEWIS CATALITICO Y UN DISOLVENTE, DEJANDO PROSEGUIR LA REACCION ENTRE 1 Y 10 H A 60-150JC APROXIMADAMENTE. ESTOS COMPUESTOS TIENEN UTILIDAD COMO CARDIOTONICOS.
