Abstract

EL AGLUTINANTE SIRVE PARA FABRICACION DE PIEZAS PERFILADAS DE FUNDICION Y CONTIENE UNA DISOLUCION (PREFERENTEMENTE UNA DISOLUCION ACUOSA) DE CUERPOS DE FENOL ALDEHIDO-REACTIVOS ASI COMO ACETAL GASEOSO (PREFERENTEMENTE DIMETILFORMAL) COMO ASOCIADO DE REACCION Y ACIDOS FUERTES, POR EJEMPLO ACIDO SULFURICO Y/O ACIDOS DE SOLFON COMO CATALIZADOR. EL ACETAL SE HIDROLIZA EN ESTE SISTEMA MEDIANTE LOS ACIDOS, CON LO QUE SE FORMA EL ALDEHIDO BASICO QUE REACCIONA CON EL CUERPO DE FENOL ALDEHIDO-REACTIVO POR RETICULACION. EL ACIDO SIRVE A LA VEZ COMO CATALIZADOR DE RETICULACION. COMO CUERPOS DE FENOL ALDEHIDO-REACTIVOS SE CONSIDERAN EN PRINCIPIO TODAS LAS COMBINACIONES FENOLICAS QUE EN LA ZONA ACIDA PUEDEN RETICULARSE MAS O MENOS ESPONTANEAMENTE CON ALDEHIDOS. PREFERENTEMENTE ESTO ES LA RESORCINA O PRODUCTOS DE RESORCINA, POR EJEMPLO RESORCINPECH O CON SUBDISPARO EN PRECONDENSADOS QUE FORMAN ALDEHIDO POR EJEMPLO SOBRE LA BASE RESORCIN-FORMALDEHIDO, FENOL-RESORCIN-FORMALDEHIDO O RESORCIN MELAMIN-FORMALDEHIDO. PARA LA FABRICACION DE PIEZAS PERFILADAS DE FUNDICION SE FABRICA DE UNA SUSTANCIA BASICA DE FUNDICION, POR EJEMPLO ARENA, LA DISOLUCION DEL CUERPO DE FENOL ALDEHIDO-REACTIVO Y EL ACIDO PRODUCE UNA MEZCLA DE SUSTANCIA DE FUNDICION QUE SE LLEVA AL ENDURECIMIENTO POR CONDUCCION DEL ACETAL (FORMAL) GASEOSO. LA RETICULACION DE ALDEHID DEL CUERPO DE FENOL ALDEHIDO-REACTIVO EN EL MEDIO ACIDO CONDUCE A DUROPLASTOS (RESITES) QUE COMBINAN UNA MUY BUENA ESTABILIDAD TERMICA Y UNA PEQUEÑA EMISION DE SUSTANCIA NOCIVA EN EL VERTIDO CON UNA ELEVADA CONSISTENCIA CON UNA SENSIBILIDAD A LA HUMEDAD ABANDONABLE DE LA PIEZA DE FUNDICION FABRICADA LO QUE ES PATANTEMENTE PROVECHOSO.
