COMPRENDE: FORMAR UNA EMULSION DE ACEITE EN AGUA; AJUSTAR EL CONTENIDO EN METALES ALCALINOS DE LA CITADA EMULSION DE MANERA QUE EL CITADO CONTENIDO EN METALES ALCALINOS SEA ALREDEDOR DE 50 PP COMO MINIMO; Y QUEMAR DICHA EMULSION DE ACEITE EN AGUA COMO CONBUSTIBLE. ESTE PROCEDIMIENTO TIENE UTILIDAD PORQUE PERMITE CONVERTIR EN ENERGIA UN COMBUSTIBLE NATURAL ALTO EN AZUFRE POR COMBUSTION, CON UNA REDUCCION SUSTANCIAL DE LAS EMISIONES DE OXIDOS DE AZUFRE.
