COMPRENDE: A) SOMETER UNA PREPARACION IMPURA DEL POLIPEPTIDO CONTAMINADA CON OTRAS ESPECIES PROTEICAS A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 100GC PARA DESNATURALIZAR Y PRECIPITAR DICHAS IMPUREZAS PROTEICAS; B) SEPARAR EL PRECIPITADO; C) SEPARAR LOS CONSTITUYENTES SOLIDOS DEL SOBRENADANTE; D) REDISOLVER LOS CONSTITUYENTES SOLIDOS EN UNA SOLUCION DE UN TAMPON IONICO ACUOSO; E) SOMETER LA SOLUCION A CROMATOGRAFIA DE INTERCAMBIO IONICO Y DESPUES A CROMATOGRAFIA SOBRE TAMIZ MOLECULAR. SE OBTIENE ASI UN POLIPEPTIDO PURIFICADO QUE CONSTA ESENCIALMENTE DE UNA SECUENCIA DE AMINOACIDOS QUE CONTIENE AL MENOS DOS SECUENCIAS REPETIDAS SEGUIDAS IDENTICAS A LAS DE LA REGION EPITOPICA INMUNODOMINANTE DE LA PROTEINA CIRCUMSPOROZOITA DE P.
