UN METODO DE PRODUCCION DE ANTICUERPOS MONOCLONALES ESPECIFICOS PARA FLAGELOS DE PSEUDOMONAS AERUGINOSA. EL METODO COMPRENDE INMORTALIZAR CELULAS B DE UN MAMIFERO EXPUESTO A ANTIGENOS FLAGELARES DE PSEUDOMONAS AERUGINOSA, AISLAR LAS LINEAS CELULARES PRODUCTORAS DE ANTICUERPOS REACTIVOS CON LOS FLAGELOS DE PSEUDOMONAS AERUGINOSA, CULTIVAR DICHA LINEA CELULAT Y RECUPERAR LOS ANTICUERPOS MONOCLONALES. ALTERNATIVAMENTE PUEDE AISLARSE LA SECUENCIA CODIFICANTE PARA EL SITIO DE UNION AL ANTIGENO Y TRANSFECTARLA EN UNA LINEA CELULAR ADECUADA Y CULTIVAR LA CELULA TRANSFERIDA. LOS ANTICUERPOS ASI OBTENIDOS INHIBEN LA MOTILIDAD DE PSEUDOMONAS AERUGINOSA PROTEGIENDO CONTRA LOS ATAQUES LETALES DE DICHO MICROORGANISMO, PUEDEN UTILIZARSE EN COMPOSICIONES DE USO PROFILACTICO Y TERAPEUTICO PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DE INFECCIONES POR PSEUDOMONAS AERUGINOSA Y ADEMAS PUEDEN UTILIZARSE PARA DETECTAR LA PRESENCIA DE PSEUDOMONASAERUGINOSA Y EN DISPOSITIVOS DE ENSAYO PARA DICHA DETECCION.
