EL PRESENTE INVENTO CONSISTE EN UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA FABRICACION DE NITRATO DE SILICIO, DONDE EL POLVO DE SILICIO FINAMENTE FRAGMENTADO DE UN GROSOR DE GRANO DE 5 A 500 PM SE LLEVA A UN GRADO DE REACCION PRINCIPALMENTE EN UNA ESTUFA TUBULAR GIRATORIA A 1.000 HASTA 1.800 C Y 1,01 HASTA 1,8 BAR CON NITROGENO HASTA LA REACCION, HASTA QUE EL PRODUCTO CONTENGA 1 HASTA 39,5% DE PESO DE NITROGENO, ESPECIALMENTE 5 HASTA 25% DE PESO. DADO EL CASO SE PUEDE REACCIONAR EL PRODUCTO EN UN SEGUNDO GRADO DE REACCION CON UNA MEZCLA DE GAS INERTE /NITROGENO A 1.100 HASTA 1.600 C EN EL LECHO DE REPOSO HASTA LA TERMINACION DE LA TOMA DE NITROGENO, CON LO QUE SE ELEVA EL COMPONENTE DE NITROGENO EN EL GAS DE REACCION CORRESPONDIENTE AL PROGRESO DE LA REACCION.
