PROCEDIMIENTO DE PREPARACION DE PROTEINA DE LIGADO DE HEPARINA, QUE TIENE, EN ESTADO GLICOSILADO, UN PESO MOLECULAR APARENTE DE APROXIMADAMENTE 28 KDA, DETERMINADO POR ELECTROFORESIS EN GEL DE POLIACRILAMIDA DE SOLUCION DE DODECILSULFONATO SODICO (SDS-PAGE), BASADO EN LA EXTRACCION DE TROMBOCITOS Y LA PURIFICACION DEL EXTRACTO DE CROMATOGRAFIA SOBRE HEPARINA-SEFAROSA Y CROMATOGRAFIA LIQUIDA DE ALTO RENDIMIENTO (HPLC) DE FASE INVERSA. TAL METODO CROMATOGRAFICO COMPRENDE ELUCION EN GRADIENTE CON NACL DED 0,5 M HASTA 3 M DE UNA COLUMNA A TRAVES DE LA CUAL SE HA VERTIDO PRIMERAMENTE UN EXTRACTO DE LAS PLAQUETAS SANGUINEAS.
