EL PRESENTE INVENTO SE REFIERE A UN INTERRUPTOR DE POTENCIA (T115,T5) QUE CONSTA DE AL MENOS UNA ETAPA DE POTENCIA DE TRANSISTOR BIPOLAR (T5) Y UN CIRCUITO DE CONTROL DE ESTA ETAPA, CONSTANDO EL CIRCUITO DE CONTROL DE UNOS PRIMEROS ELEMENTOS DE POLARIZACION PARA APLICAR A DICHA ETAPA, DURANTE UNOS PRIMEROS INTERVALOS DE TIEMPO (T3), UNA POLARIZACION DIRECTA, ASI COMO UNOS SEGUNDOS ELEMENTOS DE POLARIZACION PARA APLICAR A DICHA ETAPA, DURANTE UNOS SEGUNDOS INTERVALOS DE TIEMPO (T2,T4), UNA POLARIZACION INVERSA DESTINADA A EVITAR QUE SE ACUMULEN CARGAS EN EL TRANSISTOR MIENTRAS ESTE ESTA EXPUESTO A UNA TENSION INVERSA.
