LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCEDIMIENTO DE FORMACION DE UNA MICROCAVIDAD PREVISTA BAJO UNA CAPA DE ESMALTE. PARA ELLO SE PREVE UNA CAPA (CA) DE UN MATERIAL A BASE DE CARBON, QUE TIENE LAS DIMENSIONES DE LA MICROCAVIDAD A OBTENER. ESTA CAPA (CA) SE RECUBRE DE ESMALTE (S1) SALVO EN UNA ZONA REDUCIDA (G). EL CONJUNTO SE CALIENTA A UNA TEMPERATURA ELEVADA, DE FORMA QUE SE PROBOQUE LA COMBUSTION DEL MATERIAL A BASE DE CARBON. LOS GASES DE COMBUSTION SALEN POR LA ZONA REDUCIDA (G). LA INVENCION ES APLICABLE A LA FORMACION DE CAPTADORES DE OXIGENO Y DE MICROCROMATOGRAFOS.
