PROCEDIMIENTO PARA EL REVESTIMIENTO AL TEMPLE EN CONTINUO DE UNA BANDA DE ACERO. SE HACE PASAR LA BANDA DE ACERO POR UN BAÑO DE ZINC CON UN CONTENIDO DE ALUMINIO DE APROXIMADAMENTE 55% EN PESO Y UN CONTENIDO DE SILICIO DE 1% A 2% EN PESO, AL QUE SE AÑADE ESTRONCIO EN UNA CANTIDAD IGUAL COMO MAXIMO A 0,2% EN PESO Y AL MENOS OTRO ELEMENTO ELEGIDO ENTRE VANADIO Y CROMO, CADA UNO EN UNA CANTIDAD IGUAL COMO MAXIMO A 0,2% EN PESO. LA ADICION DE ESTRONCIO Y CROMO Y/O VANADIO ESTABILIZA LA ESTRUCTURA DEL REVESTIMIENTO Y DISMINUYE LA FORMACION DE PRECIPITADOS ACICULARES DE SILICIO. EL REVESTIMIENTO PRESENTA UNA ADHERENCIA Y UNA DUCTILIDAD ACRECENTADAS QUE PERMITEN SU CONFORMACION SIN FISURACION, CONSERVANDO UNA EXCELENTE RESISTENCIA A LA CORROSION. IGUALMENTE DA COMO RESULTADO UN FLOREADO MAS FINO Y MAS REGULAR DEL REVESTIMIENTO, INDEPENDIENTEMENTE DEL SUSTRATO.
