Abstract
LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN ENSAYO PARA LA DETECCION DE UNA FORMA DE OXIDASA DE DIAMINA QUE SE HA DESCUBIERTO AHORA QUE SOLO ESTA PRESENTE EN EL LIQUIDO AMNIOTICO Y MAS ESPECIFICAMENTE PARA LA DETECCION DE LA RUPTURA DE LA MEMBRANA AMNIOTICA MEDIANTE LA DETECCION DE LA OXIDASA DE DIAMINA DEL LIQUIDO AMNIOTICO. EL ENSAYO PARA LA RUPTURA DE LA MEMBRANA AMNIOTICA NO SOLO CONSISTE EN EL PASO DE DETECTAR LA OXIDASA DE DIAMINA DEL LIQUIDO AMNIOTICO SINO TAMBIEN EN DISTINGUIR LA MISMA EN OTRA FORMA DE OXIDASA DE DIAMINA QUE SE ENCUENTRA EN EL SUERO. EL ENSAYO SE PUEDE LLEVAR A CABO EN UNA MUESTRA DE LIQUIDO VAGINAL DE UNA HEMBRA PREÑADA EN DONDE LA MUESTRA SE SOMETE A ENSAYO PARA DETECTAR EL GOTEO O PRESENCIA DE OXIDASA DE DIAMINA DEL LIQUIDO AMNIOTICO. LA INVENCION TAMBIEN SE REFIERE A FORMAS PURIFICADAS DE OXIDASA DE DIAMINA DEL LIQUIDO AMNIOTICO Y OXIDASA DE DIAMINA DEL SUERO. LA INVENCION INCLUYE TAMBIEN UN METODO DE PURIFICACION DE AMBAS FORMAS DE OXIDASA DE DIAMINA.
